Very nice property excellent breakfast. We were upgraded to a balcony room overlooking golf course made use of balcony everyday. The only downside of this property it is along the main highway and not near the lake so it didn’t have the lake resort feel

Rooms were quiet, despite a group of young children also there during our stay, once in our room they couldn't be heard. Convenient dinning option just across the parking lot and a well done breakfast available everyday on the main floor. 2nd time staying here, will definitely come back.

Took the kids and dog for an overnight stay. The hotel was in a great location, super friendly and helpful with great amenities. Definitely would stay here again!

I recently stayed at this hotel, renting a suite of two rooms with my family, and unfortunately, our experience was severely impacted by excessive noise disturbances. Despite reporting the issue to the hotel staff on multiple nights, no meaningful action was taken to address our concerns. What was particularly disturbing was the sound of what appeared to be a domestic violence issue directly above our room, occurring two nights in a row. The screaming, yelling, cursing and banging were not only disruptive but also deeply concerning. We felt the hotel had a responsibility to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests. Despite our multiple complaints, the hotel staff failed to take immediate action to resolve the issue or provide any meaningful assistance. Their inaction was alarming and unacceptable. To make matters worse, when I requested some sort of refund, the hotel claimed they couldn't process it due to Expedia being the booking agent. While the hotel staff apologized and acknowledged their failure to provide a satisfactory experience, their inability to provide a suitable resolution is unacceptable. I hope Expedia will take note of this issue and work with the hotel to improve their noise control, customer service, and most importantly, their response to potential safety concerns.
