Stains broken ac rude service
We checked in and were assigned a room. Upon entry the room smelled old and musty. Once inside we discovered horrible brown stains all over the lounge chair. The air conditioner was also flithy and the vents all broken out of it. We immediately went back downstairs and were given another room. Which was fair but still had stains all on the top of the air conditioner. The next morning we went downstairs for the breakfast. We were told we could not take it up to our rooms (first time ive ever heard of a hotel doing that.) on the way out we asked if they had a ziploc bag we could have and the woman at the front desk snapped back that we couldn' take any breakfast items to go. Which we werent?? Extremely rude. This place is a dump! Save your money and go to the la quinta across the highway!!

There were roaches in the room. The orange juice tasted bad and black stuff came out of the spout when I made a glass for my son. The pool was closed for maintenance and there was mold on the air vent. I used to like this hotel but I won't be staying there anymore.

It was good. We didn't know hours for breakfast, and ended up missing it...at 9:30...on a Sunday. That part wasn't awesome, but otherwise, the place was clean, and worked out well.

The room Was Clean and stocked well, towels soap etc, the staff Was Awesome very nice and accommodating . The only drawback was only one ice machine worked and not on our Floor, and the snack machines weren’t stocked well. Other than that minor stuff it was great.

Rude front desk at morning shift.
I was going to eat the free breakfast and the lady at the front desk says no eating in the rooms. Very rude lady. have stayed at a lot of hotels and never had issue with eating in the rooms. I mean I ate dinner in the room.
