Access to the room problem
My stay at the hotel was extremely frustrating. I was staying in room 202, and the door lock gave me constant problems throughout my stay. The first night, Mr. Orlando had to come and change the batteries to let us in. The following day, the front desk staff couldn’t even open the door with a master key. On my last day, the same issue happened again. Since no maintenance staff was available, my family and I were moved to another room. However, all our belongings were still in the original room, so we couldn’t even brush our teeth. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress for me, my spouse, and my baby boy. This experience was a complete headache, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here until they resolve these issues.

I just thought overall it didn't live up to my expectations. The pictures on the website made it look a lot nicer than it looked in person. The pool is heated but it definitely wasn't very warm unfortunately. Our room was fine, just nothing too special, nothing really wrong with it though. The staff was nice and helpful. Getting out of there can be a little challenging at times because of traffic. Overall it was just ok, nothing really bad, but nothing really great either.
