Front desk staff was very polite but the first room they put me in (basic room, king bed) should have been closed for deep cleaning. It was bad enough that I was prepared to sleep in my car with 2 dogs in the Florida heat instead of in that room. When I requested a refund, the manager offered me a different room which I inspected before agreeing to stay. The second room was much better and the only complaint I have is the low water pressure in the shower. I very much appreciated that they were willing to remedy the situation rather than lose a customer. Moral of this review: check the room before unloading your stuff into it. Whatever aspects are important to your comfort - bed softness, a/c, etc - test it all. Request a new room if it’s not acceptable because they’ll make it right.

The property is looking deteriorated and dated. Carpet in the room was smelly and the room was muggy. Although it is a non smoking property, there was an awful smell of cigarettes coming from the ventilator in the bathroom. Staff were nice but were not able to do anything about the smell in the room.

Lot a things you have to go out get it by yourself. Water for example. You have to buy it. And there a couple of others. The staff is just horrible

Not good for family. If you stay, get the premium rooms inside. Outside rooms are a bit sketchy with people who seems to be living there while in-between homes.
