Stayed two nights here as part of a longer trip, hotel itself was great, the pool was pretty crowded with kids, but we were still able to relax a little there. The evening manager's reception was great, high quality snacks and drinks and the staff were all super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very convenient and I highly recommend the omelet/pancake station! The location was great also, we walked over to the market for dinner both nights we were there, I would make a reservation places for Saturday night, but we walked right in on Sunday. Convenient 6 minute drive to the zoo for a fun day also!

Disappointing for the price. The elevator motor was very audible from my room. Of the 5 lamps in the room only one worked. The smoke detector had a very bright, white flashing light. Far brighter than any smoke detector I've seen. In a darkened room it felt like a camera flash, I had to cover my eyes with a t-shirt to sleep. And NO free wifi! Expect to pay $5 per day for internet. Even the cheapest budget hotels offer free internet!

The happy hour and breakfast food options were fantastic, as well as staff and services were very attentive and kind. Lots of little touches that are very appreciated like fresh free water dispensers, clean areas, good shower water pressure and temp, and good towels! Only negative was we werent able to get a room close to our family that we were there with and the couches in both of our rooms were in dire need of new cushions at least. They were visibly flattened and the pull out bed was not at all comfortable.
