We have always enjoyed the Hampton in Siloam Springs. The staff is polite, friendly and helpful. Check in and check out is amazingly quick. The only thing that is a little disappointing was the room was very dated and well used. The bathroom was very nice with the walk in shower and great towels. Breakfast was a bit underrated for a Hampton. Loved having coffee available all day.

Front desk employees were amazing. Parking was good. I could not get the a/c to adjust to my preferred temperature and the beds were hard as a rock. I am figuring out this seems to be the norm for Hampton Inn’s. I am a side sleeper and would not recommend Hampton Inn if you are a side sleeper and want a comfortable bed.

Cold and Sticky Stay
The HVAC did not work. The thermostat did not work. We tried every combination and it only got colder. Outside temp dropped to the 20's, inside temp dropped to 66. We are in our seventies and this was terrible. Yes we could have changed rooms probably but we had already unpacked and thought it would just take an hour or so for the temp to stabilize, but it never did. Also, the bathroom floor was sticky. When you walked on it with your shoes, it gave that sticky crunchy sound like someone spilled soda on it and never cleaned it up very good. We would have liked a small fridge and microwave. We have special diets and bring our own food. the free breakfast has very few gluten free choices. Luckily it was cold outside so I stored all of our food in the car which kept it cold. Also on the breakfast bar, everything had peppers or spices on it. I could have eaten the omelets but they had too many peppers and other spices.

Great overnight stay!
The room was clean and comfortable, our desk clerks were friendly! Happy that the morning breakfast was actually a full one with lots of fresh options. Me and the kiddos had a lot of fun!

Within very short walking distance of so many stores and restaurants, and even more within short driving distance. Pool is heated. Breakfast is pretty good selection. Service was moderate to very good depending on who happened to be working, but nobody was rude. And the area is lovely!

Sincere Kudos for excellent customer service and a well kept hotel. Robert and Katie at check in were friendly and efficient. We also had conversations with four other staff members, to get change, fresh towels and breakfast. Every person working there can be proud of the way they represent their town and the Hampton brand. Wonderful people make the difference.
