Overall great experience, the rooms are clean but could use some updating. The second room on the other side of the Hotel was way better. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Middle of the Road and not inexpensive
I realize that *everything* in West Yellowstone is expensive, but $1,700+ for 5 nights, for what you *don't* get is pushing it. No cleaning service at all while I stayed there. There is parking, but doors are open and the crew smoked MJ right outside the parking lot doors. Not really a good value, but was pretty much the only thing available when I booked (which was 4 months in adance).

This hotel was in need of updates! Our room had stained carpet, water damaged bathroom, musty smell and the window couldopen but was filthy. The fridge barely cooled and the hallways and common areas could have also used some tlc. The pool slide was fun for the kids but even in there the window screens were coming off the hot tub deck needed some repairs, etc. Breakfast had lots of options but quality was just so so. I wouldnt stay there again for the price!

We were pleased with our room which seemed to be newly renovated. It was quiet and felt so comfortable to be in. The buffet provides so many options and lots to choose from before starting a busy day in the park. Really made use of the hot tub and pool after a long day of walking. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

We have stayed here before, this time the heater wasn’t working but it was fixed on the second day. The bathroom had a smell from the pipe on the floor, we told the front desk . The room was very clean and large - we would stay here again. We were in 339.

Fitness room need better equipment. There was no wipes to wipe down equipment. Fitness room was not clean. Needs daily maintenance. Breakfast needs needs more variety. Over priced for an old hotel.
