The hotel was very pleasant, and I had a good experience during my stay. However, I accidentally left something important behind. I reached out to the hotel by email, but unfortunately, I never received a response. It would be great if they were more responsive in such situations.
It makes sense why they do not show pictures of the shower. It was a 2 foot x 2 foot cubby. Nearly impossible to bathe in appropriately! Property was clearly a renovated motel, some things could have been fixed up a bit better.

The property was located a little far from the main strip of restaurants and stores and the rooms were facing a sketchy back alleyway. The parking spots were insanely tight, no room for doors to open, I could not even get into my car had to crawl over to get into the drivers seat. The rooms were okay but the washrooms were very small and really old. It's alright, if you are okay with the smaller, rustic vibe.
A beautiful lobby and kind staff. The rooms are small and old but in reasonable condition. Beautiful flowers. More expensive that other places we stayed on this road trip, but West Yellowstone has high demand. Close to the center (restaurants, shops). I would stay there again.
Very comfortable, quiet place. Staff was very friendly. Lobby was nicely decorated.

Great location for West entrance to Yellowstone. Only complaint is lack of sound insolation between units, could hear all conversations of neighboring rooms...!
Everything about this place is tastefully curated and comfortable, from the linens to the soap products to the multiple flavors of coffee that are available for free in the morning. The inn is centrally located and the staff extremely friendly; I ended up staying extra days because I enjoyed it so much. Nicer than many high-end hotels I’ve stayed at, I would happily stay again.
This was a cute, older, motel. No frills but it met our needs and had a fun "moose" theme. Coffee, tea and cookies in the lobby and the front desk guy was great! He had recommendations for breakfast and dinner for us. We were only there overnight and left early.
Nice affordable option for west Yellowstone. This is an older facility. But it’s well maintained, quiet (mostly), and clean. There is a bit of noise transmission through walls (mostly because of the way it’s constructed). You can hear water running, toilets being flushed, etc. The staff is friendly, attentive, and readily available.
The desk was always manned with someone ready to help. The beverage options were better than expected. The water for tea didn't taste like coffee and they even offered hot chocolate mix the room was simple clean and comfortable
