Made my trip Magical.
As a front desk employee at another hotel myself, this property blew my expectations out the water. I visited with my significant other for a special trip and they made it extra special for us with decorations and goodies. The room was very clean as well as the linen, from the towels to the sheets, they were all clean and soft. The customer service was spectacular as I was met with smiles upon arrival and smiles when checking out. The housekeepers did a fantastic job when service was needed and did so in a timely fashion. Overall, an impressive stay and I will definitely be returning for another trip at the Courtyard in Westbury.

Nice staff and good food, but I saw two bugs
Front desk staff and restaurant staff were very friendly and pleasant. Breakfast oatmeal was made well. Store off front desk was well stocked. I saw two bugs (of different types) in my room, though. One looked like a very small flying ant, and the other tiny little white one was maybe a termite? At least they weren't roaches or bedbugs, but seeing them did make me decide against extending my stay further at that hotel.

It needs more maintenance, all the electrical outlets and USB ports in our room were extremely loose, the wallpapering is sagging at many of the seams, and the carpet was dingy looking, several years old I assume. I had to request housekeeping during my stay with a 9 AM cut-off time. The hotel staff was very friendly though.

The staff had excellent customer service for our 2 night stay. However we were not alerted about poor internet services and that there was an additional cost if we needed clearer service when we checked in, that should've been mentioned. Also the pool was visibly dirty, but staff said that was the pools design. Not so. When i go to hotels i look for that amenity. We were disappointed
