Usually don’t do reviews but this was a must! Booked this for my birthday and was highly impressed!!!!! I was skeptical because of all the bad reviews but was not disappointed. Me and my bf had the junior suite to ourselves and had soooo much fun. Only hiccup was I requested a non smoking room and upon checking they only had smoking. I was worried the room would smell like smoke and it did not even smell like a smoking room when walking in. Go on and book!!!

My stay was meh...
The room seemed a little outdated. Requested a king in non-smoking months before my stay. When I arrived, they only had king in smoking. Requested a room change, which I was told I could get, but I would need to come down to the front desk as early as possible (like 6 am). For the amount of money we paid, someone could have called us to tell us when the new room would be ready. Also, I reserved my room on hotels.com but when I arrived at the resort, the told me my room would be $50 more than quoted . The only good thing was that we didn't have to go outside at all (it was freezing!) Otherwise, I would have stayed at an area hotel.

The reservation was not honored . When we went to the Great cedar front desk we were told ( after waiting 15 minutes ) that the GC tower was sold out . They eventually sent us to the Fox tower . Even that check in was confusing for their front desk , but we eventually got a room

Lots of shops and restaurants to choose from. The casinos were very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The thing we didn’t like was how noisy it was trying to sleep. You can hear every closing door in the hallways.
