The front dest staff were very nice. My room was ok shower was dirty. And the vending machines did not work. Other than that i had a great stay. I only recommend the hotel get a better breakfast variety than cereal.

My stay at Days Inn was a complete nightmare. The AC temperature sensor was clearly malfunctioning, making it impossible to achieve a comfortable temperature throughout the night. I was freezing cold, and the constant temperature fluctuations were disruptive. To make matters worse, the bathroom was in a deplorable state of cleanliness. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel was disgusting and dirty. Room stank, TV didn't work. Tub had cigarette burns all over it. There were no cups in the room everything in the room was broken dented or just plain not functioning. Some staff didn't even have shoes on and they all looked like they had just come from a flea market. Got up at 7am to get breakfast and found the juice machine broken and all there was to eat was waffles that you had to make yourself. Waffle irons were covered in burnt batter and there was no batter even left. Turned around and realized that the staff that I had seen in the hallway earlier were not sitting there eating waffles and arguing about who was going to clean up the breakfast mess. At 9. The only reason that I even stayed there after just walking into the place is because I had just driven 19 hours straight and I was exhausted and had to sleep. I arrived at like 4 am. Stayed in my clothes and never pulled the sheets back, disgusting. $130.00 for few hours in a gas station restroom. I have stayed at Wyndham hotels before and they Were always nice. This place was gross. Wyndham in Westminster, Maryland. Some random guy even walked out with his laundry in a basket and threw it into his car. They need to update their room photos or change their name to "motel 6"

OK, so the property is a bit beat up. There's only 2 hotel options here. I don't know what the other hotel was like; it's price was comparable to this place. We chose it b/c the pool looked a bit larger. But this place had the absolute nicest staff. They were ready to in help any way they could. They happily took our cooler blocks & re-froze them. The cleaning people gave us extra towels, the pool was well kept. Chuck at the front desk was GREAT. We had a complex rural event we were attending nearby & he accommodated our peculiar needs happily. So it's not a high-end place. But the VIBE was really good. My husband & I have done all kinds of traveling. We have stayed in high end places. This place merits a good review for its staff efforts.

Unable to unwind by the pool, room not cleaned.
The pool was closed and we were unable to use it . We went for a day trip on sunday leaving the room @ 11am. We saw a room attendant in the hallway & let her know we were leaving & needed a stock up of towels. The room was not cleaned & we had to go to the deak to request Towels etc for the room. Very disappointed we were not able to relax by the pool or swim.

Everything went well check in and check out on the app was awesome and convenient, clean and comfortable just the air conditioning in both rooms were noisy the first room we were able to change but didn’t want to complain again since the sound wasn’t as bad in the current room other than that it was great and easy

The hotel is old, run down and our non-smoking room had an odor to it. My mom tried the breakfast and said that the waffle was not very good. I do want to say that the front desk gentleman was very nice and was able to move us into non-smoking rooms because when we booked the rooms only smoking was available.

My expectations typically would not be high at a Days Inn but when paying $200 they do.Check in was fast and efficient, was greated. impressed with Quick text as we entered the room asking if we needed anything and that's when it went down hill. You can smell smoke everywhere including rooms since it is 1/2 a smoking hotel, clearly understaffed with trash on every landing and not picked up in two days at hotel. Pool not usable, ice machines not working, Mold build up in bathrooms, plastic table cloth like liners under sheets, when parking in the back looks like a dumping ground, no focus on exterior cleanliness of the building trash everywhere. Every wall, elevator or hallway you come in contact with is dirty, peeling and nasty. Members of our party said the coffee was the worst they ever had, better off not even offering complimentary coffee if old, cold and stale.

What needs to improve
The staff was very friendly and tried to resolve problems. The tub dripped and the sink drained VERY slowly. They said they’d take of it on Sat. On second thought we asked that they do it after we left as we didn’t want it to be OUT of ORDER while we were there as so many other things were(pool, ice machine, Minute Maid machine). The hall smelled. The elevator wasn’t air conditioned and the floors didn’t light up, the stop was abrupt and noisy. The working ice machine on the 2nd floor didn’t have a tray to put the ice bucket on. I asked for 4 pillows and I only had 3. Why ask for special requests when it wasn’t done? The breakfast consisted of 3 bananas, 4 dry cereal choices, waffles, 2 jugs of juice,tea, coffee jelly(for what, waffles?) The floor was wet by the conditioner in the breakfast room and the ceiling near there dripped on me. The room was also a storage room, WHY? The staff had to come up to show us how to get the TV to work and a lot of the channels had a weak connection. The shower curtain had 2 dead bugs on it. This was NOT worth $316 for nights. I think you should refund at least $100!!!
