I hear no hall noise or doors slamming or street noise. AC worked well . Clean crisp sheets. Room clean. I was told when specifically called if pool was open. They said yes. When I got there, they said it was closed. Disappointing. But I’ve been there many times-always nice.

the restaurant was outstanding. our room had urine and hair on the edge of the tub. when we settled in for the night, the smell of urine made me want to vomit. small children in next room screaming and we could hear it perfectly. we left at 8:15 and drove 3 1/2 hours home instead of staying.

Only decent hotel in area
The people working are very friendly. The hotel was under construction so I'm sure they were working to make improvements. This was the only hotel within a 30 mile radius that had a working swimming pool and the pool area was pretty run down and we were all terribly itchy after swimming. Hot tub was out of service. Outlets did not work in the pool deck. Room was clean but very small with two doubles. Bathroom is just a toilet and tub/shower and VERY small. NO breakfast. It's a shame that they had to jack up the price because it's the only hotel close to the University because the price just was not worth the condition. But all other hotels in the area are considered gross and we were recommended to stay away from those.

I always stay jere when I visit my family in Ohio. This time there was a lot of construction that limited parking. Also the elevator was broken the day we left and had to carry everything down 4 flights of stairs.

It’s very hard to book a weekend at this location. The room was clean, but the walk in shower I did not think it look very clean. That needs to be updated. The shower curtain on the bottom looked kinda gross. Front desk service well, the girl that was behind the counter didn’t know much about anything when I asked a question, she said hang on let me get my supervisor that took 10 minutes to come out just to ask if we could eat our dinner in the area.

We were not prepared for the noise of the construction. Most of the parking lot was closed for the work. The connecting room next to ours was very loud with hammer banking all day long. We should have been notified before hand.

It was not disclosed that the property was undergoing restoration. The pool and hot tub were drained and unavailable, the room had stains on the couch and was dirty. Parking was it was hard and it was inconvenient to load and unload. Service at the front desk and restaurant were good but upon a request for an extra blanket it never arrived. Definitely not worth the price right now.
