Super clean rooms and staff were amazing. Location was great, and all amenities conveniently located within steps of the property. The shuttle service to the gondolas is great, but we preferred the 10 minute stroll through the village. Highly recommend.

The hotel looks clean overall cuz it got renovated. But all the facilities are old. The fridge is loud when it’s working, air conditioner is very loud, washroom fan is SUPER loud. Sound insulation is worse. You can hear not only people upstairs walking around also room service cleaning other rooms.
