Great view of the Main Street, and enjoyed staying in the property. The only downside was that the rooms had not been finished cleaning, there was dirty laundry and garbage left at the door as you entered. I don’t believe this is the fault of the owner and the property managers were able to get it sorted while we walked around and explored the area

We stayed with Whiski Jack for 2 nights and would definitely book again. Easy no contact pick up for keys and parking pass. Condo was very clean and provided us with everything we needed. Hot tub was located in separate building but easy access.

The pros: The location was great, nice and quiet. The room was clean and tidy. All linens and towels were in good shape. The cons: Poor communication at the front desk and having information relayed to us, along with not being able to get a hold of the front desk (it's located in Creekside). Parking is horrible, and not monitored. We gave up trying to park in an alotted area and parked wherever and received no ticket or tow.

Overall satisfied, but you do have to check in off-site, and though our reservation stated room one room number, we were provided another. Room 409 is across from a bar that was noisy at night. Walk to the lift area wasn't too bad.

Very spacious suite and clean - two bedrooms. Only downside is that the hot tub is in a different building not connected to the unit. Also there was no balcony like advertised. Would stay again due to conveniant location, price and space.

We've stayed at the Town Plaza a number of times in the last few years. This may be the first time we booked via Whiski Jack. The location is right in the middle of the village, so you're a short walk from everything. It's interesting that the check in site is at Creekside, 4km before you reach Whistler. But we planned for it per instructions so it's no bother. The check-in person is good. When I couldn't figure out why the AC stopped, he was most helpful via phone. (The secret is the timer function on the remote).

Great space and location in the heart of Whistler Village
Lovely 2bed/2ba condo with everything we needed. Clean and spacious with a nice view. Quiet at night and yet close to everything. The hot tub is off site and was not in service during our stay but otherwise everything was lovely.
