Christmas in the mountains
Last minute change in stay was crucial, they had the perfect spot. Room was big enough for a late Christmas with family. Amenities were plentiful and customers service was great!

Convenient location, very friendly service. Dated facilities, not the cleanest, noisy, horrible lighting in each room, door knobs and toilet handles were loose, dirty windows. Our “Mountain View” was a rock quarry and small wooded area littered with trash.

Attempted to check in 1 hour early and was told we would have to pay $50 to do so. We were put in the building that an elevator was out of serive and being worked on, which was extremely loud. The construction wasn't communicated to us prior to arrival.

the only complaint i have is the kitchen wasn't stocked enough for me.. can opener was broken, nothing to cook pizza or biscuits. i bought pans and left there. everything else was perfect.

Great. Clean and perfect area. Walmart, Aldi, publix close by. Dollar tree across the street. Remote in bedroom never worked. You need your own dish soap, just an fyi. Everything else is great. Early checkout was a bummer 10am or charged $50.
