This updated one-bedroom with a loft cozy condo offers a western ambiance with spectacular views of the beautiful Ptarmigan Village Cedar Forest.  Located directly next to the Ptarmigan Village outdoor pool, very close to the slopes of Whitefish Mountain Resort, this property offers everything a guest would need for their mountain vacation. Ptarmigan Village is a highly sought-after resort community nestled just over half way up Whitefish Mountain Resort and just minutes from downtown Whitefish, Montana.



With 678 square feet spread across two levels, you'll find an open great room and kitchen on the main floor of the property. Featured in the center of the room sits a beautiful smart electric fireplace, Smart TV with Amazon Fire Stick, Bluetooth speakers, high speed secure WIFI and a shared dining area making it the perfect getaway for 2-4 people.  Also located on the main floor is an updated bathroom with a walk in shower and an all-in-one washer/dryer. This property includes a recently remodeled fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need to prepare a great meal during your stay. One of the highlights of this property sits its shared but private deck with a BBQ for all your grilling needs. In the upstairs loft you'll find one large King bed with a desk/office setup that features an external monitor that is great for telework. The unit also offers a pack’n’ play and Bumbo 3-in-1 multi-seat for those traveling with young kids.The condo has a portable AC unit for the summer heat. 



Parking is free and available for a maximum of two vehicles; If you have any oversized vehicles such as Motorcycles, trailers and RV's or need additional parking options for extra vehicles the Village does have room in our oversized parking areas. Please speak to our reservationist if you need assistance with parking options. 



Don't forget that Ptarmigan Rentals offers many amenities to our guests, including access to all of the great village amenities including access to the indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, outdoor pool, tennis courts, Cutthroat trout stocked fishing pond, private beach area on Whitefish Lake and so much more. 



Ptarmigan Village is a spectacular location just two miles below the world-renowned Whitefish Mountain Resort ski area and a short 10-minute drive to downtown Whitefish, Montana.  This unique location features unrivaled access to all of the best that Whitefish has to offer and is less than 45 minutes to Glacier National Park. During the winter months Whitefish features some of the best skiing in North America. Whitefish Mountain Resort has evolved to meet the needs of skiers of all abilities with over 98 trails. Whitefish Mountain becomes a summer playground home to zip lines, alpine slides, hiking, biking and so much more. The greater Whitefish area has some of the best golfing, water sports, fishing, whitewater rafting, festivals and is the gateway to Glacier National Park. 



Pets are not permitted in any of the Ptarmigan Rental properties during short-term rental stays.  Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation. Montana does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation.  Guests traveling with ESA or Service animals are directed to call the Ptarmigan Rentals office to inquire about options.

If you should arrive after hours when the office is closed, no worries, there is a lock box outside of the office with a red phone next to it, please pick up the phone, which will auto-dial to our call center, give the call center your name and they will give you the lock box code and once you open it there will be an envelope with your name on it, inside the envelope you will find a map of the village, amenities codes for the pool, hot tubs, and beach area (address to the beach will be on the code list) also a code or a key in which to enter your unit.
