This cozy two-bedroom condo offers all the amenities of home, adding spectacular

views of the beautiful cedar forest off the spacious back deck.

This two-story condo has the main living area upstairs and the bedrooms down a spiral

staircase. The main floor is an open floor plan, with a vaulted ceiling and large picture

windows framing the cedar forest and a small fishing pond beyond.

The living area includes a large wood-burning fireplace, a new queen sofa bed, new love seat, chair,

coffee table and rug (all 2024). Wi-fi and a TV are also included.

One of the highlights of this property is the large deck off the living area. It includes a

large table and a new Weber grill (2023). This quiet deck is great to relax on after a day

of hiking or skiing!

The property includes a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals during your stay. A

table provides indoor seating. There is also a new Nespresso coffee maker with pods

supplied (2023). Rounding out this level is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

On the lower level you will find two bedrooms and another full bath. One bedroom

contains a queen bed. The other bedroom contains a twin-over-queen bunk bed, with

brand new mattresses and bedding (2024).

With a great location less than three miles to the slopes of Whitefish Mountain Resort and 45 minutes to Glacier

National Park, the location in a quiet resort community provides access to endless

summer and winter outdoor activities. It is also just 10 minutes from downtown

Whitefish, and all the dining and shopping opportunities there.

The Ptarmigan Village resort community includes several amenities. There is an indoor,

heated pool (open year-round), an outdoor hot tub (open year-round), a sauna, outdoor

pool (seasonal), and tennis courts. The association also has a private beach on

Whitefish Lake, which is only a short drive away.

In recent years, Whitefish Mountain Resort has seen significant upgrades, and caters to

skiers of all levels and abilities. It is an independent, skier-friendly resort. In the summer,

it transforms into a playground with zip lines, alpine slides, hiking, mountain biking, and

more. The greater Whitefish area also has great golf, fishing, water sports, rafting, rock

climbing, and hiking trails. 

The splendor of Glacier National Park is only 45 minutes away. Glacier International
