This place was terrible we didn’t even stay in the night, after driving for 10 hours we decided to stay at this hotel and go to the win star casino but the moment we got at the hotel the moldy smell was very strong my husband got headache, anyway we got there I showed we went to the casino on our back to the hotel we decided we were just gonna drive home 5 more hours of drive we got back at 4 am but my husband didn’t want to sleep there at all!

When I got to the property, no one was at the front desk. I had to call a number to get an attendant to come and check me in then when I got to my room, the door was hard to open and close. The lampshades were disgusting. They had stains all over them. The phone in my room did not work. The pool was green and nasty looking, and you could see water dripping from the roof above it like there was a leak. went down for breakfast on Saturday morning and it was already closed at 9:30. The whole appearance of the place was very distasteful. It needs a lot of painting and cosmetic work. I booked this hotel for another state, but I will not be staying here. I will be changing my reservations to elsewhere.

We had friends recommend an Air BNB and it was an awful experience no air conditioning in June! A horrible experience and we needed a room desperately. We went to our tried and true and Holiday Inn came in with flying stars! The staff was amazing and the breakfast was wonderful! We were so happy when we walked into the lobby and it was so cool!! We had a great experience. Wonderful people work there!!

This is the worst Holiday Inn Express I have stayed in. Bugs in the room, floors filthy, towels and sheets damp from air conditioner. Very expensive for quality.
