The drive
Headed from West Texas to Tulsa had to break up the distance! Our room was very comfortable. It helped to drive sleep and finish the drive rested. It was a great stay! Will do the same trip in a couple of weeks for my granddaughter’s first birthday and I know where we will stay!

The property and room I stayed in had a myriad of minor maintenence issues. Just things that were more cosmetic than affecting functionality. Most disappointing: the hot tub was out of service! The staff were all friendly and helpful. The variety of breakfast items was a very nice surprise.

I specifically booked this property for the fridge in the room because I'm moving cross country and didn't want to throw out a bunch of food stuff that I would have to replace as soon as I get into my new housing. The fridge is not a fridge. It is a cooler that will chill for 2 hours which does not keep food at a safe temperature over night.

Specificly chose this hotel for the indoor pool and hot tub. The pool was freezing cold and the hot tub was broken. Better choices near by for less.

The staff were very nice. Unfortunately the elevator was broken both times I stayed there. I’m handicap and have a hard time navigating stairs especially with a suitcase and bags. The room was very clean but the hallways and corridors not as much.

Terrible Stay/Poor Condition
Upon checkin the hotel had no functioning elevator and placed me on 3rd floor. Informed them of knee issue for stairs and no accomodation was even looked into for switching room, etc. Then after getting to room opted to go use the hot tub to relax knee after a long day of travel to find that not operational either. Barely got even an apology from the desk agent. In room refrigerator was not working either and that was brought to their attention as well. Had to argue just to get $10 0ff a night for the trouble.
