Our room had a wet spot on the floor that wouldn't dry up, and it smelled musty like it had been that way for some time. The clerk offered to discount our room, but we weren't told until checkout that it wouldn't be possible to discount the room since we had prepaid through Hotels.com. We also requested extra towels to dry up a spilled drink, but the night attendant told us they were "short on towels." At first, he wouldn't give me any, but then he gave me a single towel. Overall, the hotel was a nice hotel, but in some ways in a state of disrepair. If they would address these concerns and update the rooms, it would be a much nicer property.
