The hotel staff and facilities were very nice. I was told that the downtown area was not a good place to be, but we had no problems. The only issue i had was that i could not add an additional night in the same room. I had to check out, make a new reservation, and check back in to a different room. Not a problem, just a hassle

the hotel was in a very unsafe location due to homeless persons staying adjacent to the hotel. We were also harassed by a drunk in the hotel parking lot and he made sexual gestures toward us. The hotel only had one rickety luggage cart and it has almost never available. The lobby was under some construction and messy and there was trash piled up on the 3rd floor near the elevator. Even when I told them about it, they ignored me and it was still there the next day. I will never stay there again.

There was a bad musty smell. The AC unit was so loud I could barely sleep. The sheets and towels also did not smell clean, definitely no bleach was used.

Upon checking in there were prostitutes in the parking lot. It was very sketchy. When we checked in our bathroom toilet was clogged and it took them forever to fix it. Just not a good experience.

We can’t say much about “staying” at the hotel, because we left within an hour of arriving. Aside from the faint odor of sewage and the scent of mildew in our room, the room appeared like it had barely been cleaned; the bathroom towels were askew and had some type of debris on them, and other fixtures could have used a good deep clean. But the real ace in the hole was finding a used diaper in the bathroom trash can. At that point, we packed our things and found other accommodations. I snapped a couple of quick pictures before vacating. I was disappointed because I had stayed at this hotel in January ‘20, and while the hotel is older and in not-the-greatest neighborhood, it felt like the parking lot was safe and the room was clean. Not so now. The parking lot had lots of people loitering, making even parking difficult - not entirely the fault of staff, but clearly needs attending to. And certainly, they need to find housekeepers that will actually CLEAN the rooms.
How we found towels in the bathroom - askew, and not sure what that was on the towel.
Dirty diaper (pull-up) left in the trash can.

We were assigned the top floor. elevator was not working. we had to move the whole family from one floor to another after we realized the elevator was not working. everytime I had to call someone on the front desk to send elevator. later we were assigned another room. it was so stinking. construction work all around. elevators were scary. not in good smooth condition. Parking safety was not assured.

Construction was going on. The facility just appears older than expected. The homeless outside under the underpass had lots of people walking around through the parking lot all night. We had no issues but lock your doors and travel with a friend.
