Overall happy with this property. I was a little disappointed by the hotel shower and the trickle of water that comes out. Staff was always friendly! Our first morning wasn’t the best, there was some remodeling done right outside our door, so it did get noisy early. Room and floor were all updated which was nice, but the shower head was awful.

What I did not like is that the strat has hidden fees. They have their deposits listed in the amenities. For the entire time I have ever stayed at hotels, I have never seen fees listed in an amenities. It is listed separately so customers can see ahead of time. Furthermore, an amenitiy is something that benefits you. Why would a hotel have a fee listed in somewhere that is not easily seen? At checkout, there was no mention of this fee either. Just the resort fee. This is not ok, all fees should be listed separate and clear for the customer to know what is expected to be paid.

I wouldnt reccomend this hotel. The area around the hotel isnt great, not safe and nothing to do. The hotel is old and in need of a renovation. I stayed 3 nights and then moved to a better hotel on the strip - The Horseshoe for the remaining 5 days in Vegas (and it was slightly cheaper)

Everything was great but there was a big stain just outside our room close to the elevator and a smaller stain beside the bed in the room. Lola at the pool was very miserable with us for no reason. When I asked her why she was being so rude she changed and was nicer probable worried I might tell somebody at the front desk.
