As you step into the home, the First floor offers an inviting ceramic tiled foyer, laundry area with full-sized washer & dryer, and MASTER bedroom with a Queen size bed and full bath.

The 2nd floor contains the other MASTER bedroom with a KING Size Bed and full bath, plus second bedroom with FULL and TWIN size beds and north facing balcony. Another Third bedroom also has QUEEN and TWIN size beds with a balcony that share a full bathroom.

The 3rd floor features the kitchen with GRANITE countertops, plenty of cabinets, UPGRADED appliances, and hardwood flooring. The kitchen flows into the dining area/living room making it the perfect place to host family or entertain friends. Another balcony off the living room with ocean view and a half bath rounds out the open floor plan.

The living room also has a Full size Futon and a Queen size Sofabed.

Loft is located on the 4th floor, it is a Game & Rec room.

Rally Weekend

The house was exactly as described and we had more room than needed as everyone that was supposed to come did not. Beds were comfortable and the pillows were great. Not any flat or lumpy pillows. Owner was easily reachable and responded right away when I texted him. Definitely recommend this home. We had a great weekend!

Perfect place for our family

This was the perfect place for our family during our first trip to Wildwood. It was 2 1/2 blocks to the boardwalk. The house was very clean and all communication we had with the owner was wonderful. Our family enjoyed the pool as much as the beach (maybe more).

Great Location

This property is only 2 blocks from the south end of the boardwalk! There are plenty of liquor stores and breakfast joints within 5 min walk. Bring extra blankets.

Wedding stay

Short walk to the beach. Beds were comfortable. Owner was nice and left us a set of sheets we needed. Just a reminder that the upstairs "bedroom" is roomy with a balcony which is nice but doesn't have a door. Just an FYI if it's a bunch of couples staying. Overall a great stay!!

Girls/ Cousins Trip

We found this property very inviting. Spacious & clean. Well maintained. Nicely decorated. Convenient to grocery shopping & dollar general. The shore & boardwalk is just a short walk. Two blocks from the townhouse. We could see the fireworks 💥 from the many balconies. I would recommend this property.

Perfect spot for family vacation

We stayed in this property for a week with our two young children and grandparents. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Location is ideal, house is able to accommodate plenty of people and was very comfortable. Jimmy was easily reached and very friendly. Highly recommend.

Great place - lots of space, very clean, two blocks to convention center and beach

We rented this home twice - once in December and then again in March for a cheer competition at the convention center. The home was very clean and neat, we rented linens/towels which everything was set up and ready for us to arrive. We had also requested a later check out due to the competition times being later in the afternoon and they were more than willing to accommodate, which was very much appreciated. We would definitely rent here again.

What a wonderful time we had.. 6adults,2teens, and 4under 4.. space for all to enjoy the week. The condo was just as pictured. No suprises, Owner answered all questions and issues we had.. Fun Time & great location

We were 3 families with 5 children and overall enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner is a strong communicator and provided good feedback to all our questions. The location is terrific & we loved being about 1 short block to Uncle Bill's pancake house. The bedrooms are OK as room is tight but for a week it works. Lots to do in the area and was surprised by the long walk to the water - however, seeing a "Taxi service" from boardwalk to your blanket was a pleasant sight for families or anyone needing assistance. Parking is fine for 2 vehicles but more requires the street which is busy. My only disappointment was lack of "kitchen storage for supplies". There is no space in the cabinets and so the counter space is loaded with supplies / food. I think the owner would benefit from adding wall storage cabinet. It would have been convenient to have a listing of some key stores / restaurants / church in the area - a quick Google provides lots of normal info. My wife & I loved that we were able to arrange for linens and towels with the owner - a wonderful convenience. For anyone never being to this area of NJ, with great weather it's a fantastic week!
