This place was pretty disgusting. The sheets were dirty, so I put on my own blankets. The floor was filthy and the bathroom had pink mold. Would not recommend.

The manager was nice, housekeeping was nice. That's the only good thing. Room was disgusting. You could smell it before you opened the door, a door which had evidence of being pried open more than once. Plaster & paint were peeling. Shower plumbing not sealed, bathroom sink plumbing exposed & no bathroom counter. There's a covered drain in the floor where the toilet once was. Nice coffee maker & toaster but no outlets to plug them in unless you unplug a lamp on the floor. Roaches (i have pictures). And the bed... horrific. It was declined & matress was sunken in; it kept feeling like it was going to collapse. This isn't an indictment on the entire chain, but this place needs to be raised. And they put us near the road and downstairs; you hear every car, & it sounds like a heard of elephants walking on the upper floor. If this was the only place you could stay in Wilmington, go camping. And it it was over $90! I tried to stay cheap & got what i asked for. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $20-$30 & stay somewhere cleaner. I feel like i need a vaccine after staying at this place. It's also mostly used for traveling work crews who stay for weeks or months at a time.

The pictures of the hotel show the most renovated part. The rest of the room, not quite as nice. The best part of my room was the shower. Needed better bug control.

It was dirty, thin small towels, hole in bedspread, no blanket, old, flat pillows, hole in door at bottom to let in bugs and light, very noisy. The water had to run for 3-5 minutes to get hot, no lamps on either bed side, no place inside of shower to hold soap or shampoo. It cost more than the place we went to for the following night's stay that had everything people expect in a motel stay.

I was oblivious to the fact this was a Motel 6 property, and they have their own reputation, so the fault is mine. Jim at the front desk could not have been more kind and helpful, as the owner and maintenance staff. I wasn’t prepared for the lack of amenities within the room’s themselves. The highlight of the stay was the staff only, real budget accommodations. Location was convenient to downtown.

Everything was clean, neat, relatively modern. the bathroom shower was beautiful, location is great! was easy check in and check out. I felt safe on the property especially staying alone as a single woman! I will deff consider staying here again if i am ever in the area!
