What was suppose to be a relaxing hoilday getaway ended up being a total disaster. Book this hotel for the amenities to use the heated pool and gym. The pool was not heated absolutely freezing . Spoke to the front desk was told that the pool was heated however due to the cold outside it was effecting the temperature. Christmas Eve at 5:30 am was awaken by fire alarm going off. My husband and I had to evaluate the hotel in the freezing cold and sit in our car while the fire department arrived. There was no fire. However, a water pipe burst in the main lobby. The ceiling falling down water everywhere had no access to any of the amenities to the hotel during our stay the pool is now officially out of order. Called expedia for a refund was hung up on called back got a rep whole promised a refund put me on hold for an hour while he said he was processing my refund. Never came back on the line. Called expedia 11 times kept getting disconnected. Also called the Manager at the hilton property have yet to receive a call back . Super Stessful ruined the whole hoilday experience. The only good thing was the cleaning staff very friendly really hard workers.

The staff was nice. Room was clean and spacious. The pool was nice but not as warm as I expected. They only have one highchair in the entire hotel which is definitely not enough for how many toddlers there can be staying there. They could also use more luggage carts. Also the hairdryer in our room had a sticky residue and hair all over it. We stayed 4 nights but our room was never cleaned during our stay despite documentation that said it would be.

Excellent hotel
Enjoyable stay while visiting family in the area over Thanksgiving. They accommodated an early check in, and we enjoyed the Wednesday social hour and Thursday morning breakfast. Comfortable beds, clean and spacious rooms. No complaints.
