All good but the pool area

Everything was wonderful and i was so pleased until i went into the pool area on Sunday morning. It was a mess. I assume kids were partying in the the night before. I had touble opening the door to leave, thought i was locked in, but I needed to use the washroom. I had to clean the entire toilet and toilet paper dispenser to go. There was pee all over the washroom. The towels were all used and on the floor. Front Desk Manager said he would keep it closed and find someone to clean it up. After a time we checked back and no one had been there yet. When we finally got into the pool area, the hot tub was luke warm. I can only assume the kids contaminated the pool as well so we left.
