The base mattress actually touches the floor when you sit on the bed. We were in a room right next door to the main entrance. It was noisy and we couldn’t sleep as the bed was broken and gave no support. Was not worth even the ‘budget price’ we stayed six hours to get some rest and then left.

Everything was good except Rooms were very very small. Also, wash basin outside next to Bed, was a big negative. Also, bathroom was looking a bathroom in a cruise.

We loved staying at ibis hotel, cozy room, really helpful staffs, especially Sulav. We stayed as a family and we had a great time. The only thing that could be improved is the room service and overall maintenance.

There was hair and snot in the bed. It wasn't changed from the last guest. The top bunk didn't have a top sheet. Not impressed at your cleanliness. Manager didn't care when I told him
