I booked my room thru expedia. When I went to check in I was told that the room wasn’t available because they’re sold out. I asked the check in person Ember if the room was comparable and she said she doesn’t know because she hasn’t seen the rooms then rolled her eyes. I was tired so I said whatever ok. I went upstairs and as I opened the door I was hit with a gross musty smell. I would’ve just dealt with it until I walked into the bathroom to see a tub that was filthy with clumps of what looked like bubbly peroxide and what appeared to be blood all over it. I took a picture and I grabbed my things and went and told her that I needed another room and showed her the picture of the tub She said there wasn’t any more king rooms available. I asked what she did have available and if I could see it. This girl was so rude. I asked her if she would shower in a shower that looked like this and she said unlike me she can afford an Airbnb so she wouldn’t have to. I was shocked and asked her for a refund and she refused and told me to call her manager tomorrow and rolled her eyes. Ember needs to be fired and this hotel needs to be shut down

We stayed here 2 nights and really loved it. The rooms were updated, clean and comfortable bed. The breakfast area was large with many options. Walking distance to restaurants. The employees were all polite, professional and kind( especially the gentleman who takes care of rhe breakfast area) Would definitely stay here again. .

We've stayed here the last two years for Spartan race weekends. It's always clean, comfortable and relaxing. All the food is within minimum walking distance and mini golf, grocery/drug stores are within a 5 min drive. Overall, it's always the pick for that trip and would highly recommend based on location and quality of the stay.
