Horrible dirty floor even had the bunch if hair from the previous guest. Tv volume didn’t work had to fix it myself since i couldn't contact the front desk because phones weren't working. When into my room twice when i had Do Not Disturb sign the whole 4 days i was there. 1st time staff left a desk chair right in front of the door & my husband & I almost broke our necks. 2nd time the cleaning staff removed our DND sign on the door & left us a note saying if we want our room clean we should remove the sign. Clearly we didn't want them in our room hense the DND sign. She also threw our pillows we brought from home on top of the nasty fabric strip luggage rack & put the nasty hotel pillows on our bed. Change the towels/emptied the garbage & didn't clean tub/sink & the wad of the previous guest hair was still on the bathroom floor! I asked for compansation & they refused! Never staying there again!

The toilet seat literally would not stay on the toilet. The bath tub was cocked extensively with mold growing in the caulking the flush of the toilet is so loud I could here every room around my flush there toilet. The building is not secure and the back door is propped all the way open and non guest are able to take the stair to any part of the hotel. I closed this door twice and it was always re opened. Drug addicts sleeping in there cars in the parking lot. I was really shocked at the condition of this property. Will not stay again. And I would not recommend.

The room itself was ok. However the room next to us had a smoke alarm that beeped the whole night. I tried to call down but our phone didn’t work. Our TV also would turn on but you could not change the channel. I walked to the front desk but nobody was there and it was after 9pm by this point and we were tired. Overall disappointed

Worst Best Western Plus I have ever stayed at!
DO NOT STAY HERE! Hallway was dirty, elevator was dirty. All night party across the hall not addressed by staff. Room reeked of marijuana. Fire alarm pulled in middle of night and had to leave the hotel at 4am. Asked for refund for night and was told no because it was booked through 3rd party. Only positive was the breakfast.

One nightstay for a College Football game. I really liked this Hotel. Its not new but it was clean and had everything I needed. Great location! Nice staff.

This is without question the most filthy hotel I have ever encountered. The place is doused with bleach to try to cover the mildew smell. Disgusting.

Staff is friendly and efficient, rooms are clean but common areas like elevator need to be cleaned and painted or upgraded, and hallways need upgrade as well. But the lobby, breakfast room and front area outside the hotel Are nice. There are just things like cob webs inside window corners that make it feel like a step down from nicer hotels. But overall I would stay there again if needed.

Black mold in our room, urine in the stairwell that was not cleaned for 3 days. The staff was nice but did nothing about the stairwell and just moved us one room over to avoid the black mold. We got in at 2 am, and it was dark, but we were shocked at how humid the room was, and the tile floor was slippery. We were exhausted and it was dark, so we did not notice until the next day the black mold on the walls, ceiling, floors... it was everywhere- not subtle. This hotel was gross in every way.

We definitely hit the jackpot for getting THE WORST room. Our room had a horrible/funky smell that front desk told us was related to the toilet?!? The rug in the room was totally wet so we had to keep our shoes on all of the time. TV in our room had no receiver box or remotes so did not work was just there for show. No housekeeping/fresh towels given despite the fact that we were there for 2 nights. Just the worst.
