The Primary King Suite features an ensuite bathroom with a separate shower & tub. The Queen bedroom hosts an additional Twin/twin bunk bed and sleeps up to four people. There's also overflow sleeping on the Queen pullout in the living room.

Take your coffee out to the private deck and soak in the views of the Fraser Crossing amenity deck & the slopes of the Resort. A short walk away, tasting restaurants and interesting stores await. There's everything to love about Fraser Crossing 3361 and it's ready for your next vacation!

- The owner does occasionally bring their dog to the property, be aware for those who are sensitive.
- This home does not have air conditioning, but there is a ceiling fan or portable fan in each room.
- At this time, the hot tubs and amenity deck at Fraser Crossing are not available for guest use, but are expected to open in mid-late February. Guests can use the hot tubs at Founders Pointe.

Parking: Available for one car in the underground garage. Parking fee applies during ski season.

Location: In the Village at Winter Park Resort; just 150 yards to the slopes. Two miles to downtown Winter Park.
