Very convenient for skiing Winter Park!

The "Lift" free bus stops right at the condo! Winner, winner!! This is an older unit, but clean & comfortable. Very convenient and good parking available. The only access to the unit is via 2 flights of outdoor stairs, which can be a challenge if you have any physical restrictions.

Great Location, Warm and Dry for Winter

We had a nice two-night stay at this condo. It was well furnished with kitchen items as well as bath towels and bedding. The owner was very communicative and easy to speak with. Not a problem for us, but the home is rather dated an could use some refreshing changes, but everything worked so that was fine with us.

Very disappointed

The condo was different then pictured (not as clean and different furniture from the photos) and the heat was not working, the fire alarm was beeping, and the front door lock was dead. The Mangement company was not responsive to the heat not working taking OVER 36 hours to fix the problem after multiple calls. When I asked for a reimbursement for the time without heat, they agreed but wanted to keep the space heater we had purchased. Very disappointed in the responsiveness of the management.

Wonderful winter park weekend

The location couldn’t be beat and we were able to do ice fishing and skiing with the whole family. The property was nice and cozy and we were able to make some meals there as well as go out to local restaurants.

Location of this condo is PERFECT for off season stay! Walk easily to restaurants, breweries, parks and the Fraser River hiking trail. Calming river sounds as the river runs right in front of the condo. Lovely views from the balcony / patio area, although not a very private area for sitting. Neighbors were out (full time residents) with pets, etc. Condo furnishings are a little outdated and a few simple repairs would help raise the ratings. We had everything we needed for cooking, eating + coffee, however a lot of the dishes we used needed to be washed prior to using. Beds were very comfy. Condo well stocked. Lots of space at the kitchen island for games, eating and socializing. Short walk to the rec center for hot tubs & pool. Overall a great fit for our weekend away.

Beautiful location but not kid friendly

I love the location! This is on the third floor. Didn’t bother us at all but some might not like huffing it up all the stairs. However this is not a kid friendly place. Neighbors are less than friendly and do not appreciate a normal noise level. This might be a good place for a quiet older couple.

Quick Ski Trip

Nice getaway for a quick ski trip. Close to downtown and restaurants. The rec center with hot tubs was great after a long day on the slopes.

convenient location

The location is great, you can walk to the restaurants on main street from the condo. Please note this condo is on the 3rd floor and there isn't an elevator so if you have physical issues then you may not want to stay here. That being said we actually preferred it because it is much quieter not having people above you. I didn't give it 5 stars because the guy who lives below the unit griped at us because our kids were up before 8:00 a.m. I'm sorry but they weren't being bad just moving around like 2 boys. The beds are comfy too.

Maintenance issues.

Just disappointing the unit wasn't ready for our family of 6. There was multiple maintenance needs that had been over looked. First off the entry screen door was about ready to fall off which it did in a few hours. The unit was hardly stocked with wash clothes and towels. The list goes on, but the management company worked with me in the fees to cancel our stay.

Quite, clean, with all the needed amenities in a great location. Winter park Shuttle stop across the street. Food and beverages only a couple blocks away.

Perfect setting

The condo was very well equipped (though a bit dated) and located right on the Fraser River. Chairs and benches next to the river were provided so that you can have dinner or drinks in a beautiful setting. The condo complex was within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants and downtown Winter Park. Trailheads that lead to alpine areas in Arapaho National Forest are within an easy drive. The only negative was that the third floor unit was uncomfortably hot during the day, as the weather in August was unusually warm for Winter Park. There's no A/C in the unit or in the majority of homes and condos in that area. Otherwise our trip and stay were perfect.

Basic Condo, OK

The condo was very clean and tidy when we got there. There was a stale smoke & musty smell to the unit, so we appreciated that the owners had air fresheners and candles. We had some issues getting the garbage disposal and TV to work, but eventually figured it out. Luckily, my husband has installed a few disposals and knew we needed to reset it, in order to get it working again. Although, it would have been nice to have some instructions for accessing the TV & DirecTV systems. Also, several of the remotes had no batteries, so having some spare batteries in the unit would have been helpful. The kids loved their single beds and thought they were very comfy. However, the queen master led to several rough nights of sleep for my husband and I. It was a sleep comfort bed, not a sleep number bed. Basically, a higher end blow up mattress. It took some time rummaging around the kitchen to find utensils, as things were just thrown into drawers, perhaps labeling the drawers/cabinets for guests would help to make sure things go back where they belong and easier to find items. I was surprised to find one kitchen towel and no scrub brush for cleaning pots/pans, etc. A couple of kitchen towels would have been nice because ours started to smell really funky after two days. And, a scrub brush for getting crusted food off of pots/pans is really must. I very much appreciated that the fridge was new, clean, and emptied (aside from condiments)...it made it super easy to just load our food right into. The new rec center with several hot tubs and indoor pool was definitely a hit and literally a 2 min walk door to door. The LIFT ski resort shuttle couldn’t have been any closer as I could see the bus stop right across the street from the kitchen window. Location of this unit was perfect to everything we needed/wanted!! All in all, it was a solid and quiet place to relax and rest our head after several days of skiing.

I nearly gave this condo a 4. Clean and convenient condo. Plenty of parking. Quiet location on the 3rd floor. Very nice and recently updated rec center very close by. Right on the free shuttle line. Very easy owner and management company to work with, flexible when I needed to change our dates. The condo itself needs some heavy TLC; the furnishings and decorations are a mishmash and the closets and cabinets are cluttered. Beds need to be replaced. The heat worked fine, but the thermostat cover had fallen off. The screen door wouldn't close fully. The dresser drawers fell out when used. All appliances in good working order, shower was great. Give this place an update and it'll be a 4 for sure.

Great location, needs major updating

The complex was easy to find, great location and close to everything we wanted to do however, the mattress was the most uncomfortable “blowup” mattress ever. My wife and I had to sleep in the two single beds separately both nights. There was a blinking blue light above the stove that would not stop, was rather obnoxious. Also, a very kind neighbor left us a note on the windshield with profanity along with bending our windshield wiper backward, on our rental. The amenity center was nice, but way too small to accommodate the amount of people staying the complex, including the hot tub. We felt a little misled by the listing.
