Stay in a luxurious downtown Winter Park 4 bedroom townhome for 10 persons. Three interior levels with the lowest level for the 2 car garage – cars must park in tandem. Main floor open floor plan - living room, hardwood flooring, gas fireplace, flat screen HDTV, private deck, kitchen, small dining nook. All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor with master suites, 3rd bedroom and bonus room with bunk beds (4th bedroom.) Upper floor has wet bar and rooftop deck area with sitting area and private hot tub.

Nice condo in central location with easy mountain access

This condo was clean and well-appointed, and modern, if not brand new. The rooftop hot tub with expansive views was a special treat (wintertime ski visit). Bedding was comfortable and clean. Bedrooms and bed setup would be perfect for two families with two kids each. Furnishings were comfortable and sufficient to accommodate our group. Bus to Winter Park is a short walk through the complex, as are several restaurants - once we stocked up on groceries it was not necessary to drive anywhere. Even though the unit is in the middle of the action, it is not on Highway 40 so it's much quieter than other units in this complex. Two caveats: 1) the condo is split over four levels if you include the garage on the ground level and spa/deck on the top so there are three flights of stairs involved, and 2) if you have a large vehicle, getting inthe garage is a very tight fit due to the sharp 90 degree turn to get into it with the way the drive aisle is plowed in the winter (overnight parking on the fronting street is not permitted November-April). Nevertheless, definitely recommend this unit!

Family Easter get-together

We were all very comfortable. Plenty of room to visit, play games and eat. Hot tub and bright stars are always a big plus. Love the heated pads leading to the hot tub. Had everything we needed .

Absolutely loved this property!

This condo was immaculate, new and fabulously decorated. Located within walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping. The condo was so well stocked with spices, pans and cooking accessories. Will definitely rent again next time we come to winter park!

Beautiful view out of living room

This condo was in a great location for restaurants, it was very clean and well stocked, except could use more towels & wash cloths. It would have been nice to have TV's in all bedrooms. The construction around it was a big negative and you are not told there is construction around the back & side! Did get tired of seeing porta potties & heavy equipment. The garage is extremely hard to get in & out of, with all the snow! And the only way to get into the condo is through the garage, So when we walked to dinner, we would always have to walk to the back of the condo (which is not convenient) to open the door. Sadly the doors have keypads on them but the owner will not give out the passcode!!!! All in all it was a good trip.
