Comfortable stay in a great location

Comfortable, modern accommodations in a perfect location in Winter Park. Easy to walk to restaurants, entertainment and the ski bus. The unit was clean and well stocked to make our stay easy. Host Aimee was helpful and the check-in was seamless.

Excellent host communication & comfortable stay

We had a small snafu trying to get in to the condo, but even at midnight our host Amie promptly responded and the issue was immediately resolved. The condo was comfortable to stay in and was in the perfect location for us. The place was spacious and the walls were not thin. The bedrooms were upstairs and when someone got up to make coffee, no one could hear them in the kitchen downstairs.

Perfect location for a weekend getaway!

We spent a long weekend in Winter Park and the condo was perfect for two families with 4 kids! We were walking distance to downtown and loved spending time on the patio as well. We did a lot of our own cooking in the amazing kitchen so we were able to enjoy the condo for meals and time to chill. When the key code didn’t work, the owner was quick to reply and got us in no problem! We’d definitely come back and choose this condo for another stay!

Incredible condo!!

Such a great spot! So close to walking about town. Hernando’s pizza next door was incredible and the perk coffee downstairs was a huge plus. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and the fireplace was a cozy touch. My two youngest kids loved the bunks and the beds were all comfortable. TV was broken upon arrival but during our second day while on the slopes they replaced it. Overall would recommend and hope to come back again soon. Great condo and thank you so much Amie for sharing it with us! We had a fabulous Christmas there! -The Hansons (Weatherford, TX)

Perfect location

I took my daughter and a few of her friends for a long weekend to celebrate her sweet 16. It was well equipped and in a perfect location for them to walk/hike around, go to the movie theater and shops in town. An easy drive to the resort and Safeway. We had a great time and Amie was so kind to have a sweet surprise for my daughter upon our arrival. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean modern condo in a great location!

My wife and I stayed in this wonderful condo for our annual pilgrimage to the rockies. The unit is immaculately maintained, and the location is fantastic. There are many restaurants and businesses within walking distance including AMAZING pizza at Hernandos, and a great little coffee shop just downstairs. Access to the Winter Park Ski area is convenient via a short drive or ride on the shuttle, and you're just a short drive from an awesome tubing hill in Frazier. The owner was attentive to our needs, and responded to all of my communication in a timely manor. I definitely recommend this unit to anyone interested!

Ok property

Good location for walking to shopping and restaurants. Not ideal if you are looking for a serene location. We have a pretty high standard for cleanliness with two toddlers. So this didn’t work for us. We have stayed in several properties in WP and would rate this one as ok based on atmosphere , location, cleanliness and the number of steps both to access and within the property.

Beautiful Condo

We loved everything about this condo. The location was great. We enjoyed having a grocery store and coffee shop in walking distance. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything you would need for a relaxing vacation. We can't wait to come back!

Very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Brand new condo with all the amenities, including a well stocked kitchen and new appliances. 5 minute walk to upscale grocery, ski bus and several restaurants.

Great modern accommodations in good location - clean and comfortable. Great furniture and kitchen filled with dishes and cookware. Walking distance from grocery store. Property doesn’t have cable box so you have to use the smart tv to stream shows via the app which is a little different. Place is in great condition and well maintained.

Extremely nice condo , well laid out with lots of amenities in the kitchen , nice having the second story , quiet for sleeping , nice and warm fireplace , close and easy to catch the bus to the resort . Easy parking right off 40 , close to great restaurants and The Pub , love Taco Tuesday and a cold beer . Very clean and bright and always great skiing at WP

Wonderful Winter Park condo - we highly recommend this place!

We loved this place for a Presidents Day Weekend getaway with our family friends. Perfect location in Winter Park with easy access to restaurants and stores as well as a quick drive to Winter Park Resort / Mary Jane where we skied every day. The condo came equipped with everything we needed for cooking meals, relaxing and enjoying our leisurely post-ski evenings together. The kids loved the bunk beds! The overall layout was perfect for two couples and three kids to stay, play and relax with plenty of space for both privacy and group interaction. The well-equipped kitchen, bathroom amenities, comfy beds & linens and downstairs ski locker made the place truly feel like a home away from home. We will be back!
