This budget-friendly condominium situated in Winter Park, Colorado, includes two bedrooms and spans 899 square feet of living space. Furthermore, it provides the appealing advantage of a private balcony that overlooks the river. Built in 1976, the property maintains several original features in its furnishings while boasting updated bathrooms.
The main living area is equipped with a flat screen television that includes a VCR/DVD combination, a wood-burning fireplace, complimentary Wi-Fi access within the unit, and a queen-sized sofa bed. It is important to note that air conditioning is not available.
The dining area is seamlessly connected to the living room and can seat six people at the table. The kitchen showcases improvements such as painted wooden cabinets, modern appliances, and updated countertops.
The master bedroom includes a full bathroom, a queen-sized bed, and a television. The master bathroom has been recently updated. The second bedroom features a Captain's Bunk, which consists of a double bed on the lower level and a twin bed on the upper level. The second bathroom is conveniently located in the main hallway. Relaxing

Although it is an older place it was clean and not run down. Beds where more comfortable that a more expensive and up to date place that we stayed in a week before less than a mile away. Having the river right out back was amazing.

Nice location on Fraser River I’m town.

Very nice location on banks of Fraser river. Nicely furnished if a little dated. Unfortunately check in and out process was cumbersome; having to drive thru town to get keys for unit and drop them off when leaving. Also, the beautiful balcony overlooking river had no furniture , so hard to enjoy.
