A top floor(6th floor) Fraser Crossing Studio - great views of the Winter Park Resort and within 150 yard walk to the of the slopes and village.
This unit has 443 square feet and is a non-smoking and no pets allowed rental. This bright studio has vaulted ceilings to expand the size of the condo. The unit have some interior upgrades and makes for a cozy contemporary lodging choice; granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances in the full kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, 2 burner stove and a convection microwaveable oven, dishwasher and dining area.
In the open floor plan, the living room there is a new 50" flat screen TV with BluRay player, gas fireplace, king bed, comfortable sofa with a hide-a-bed and a dining table with chairs
The full bathroom has a tiled shower surround, new tile flooring and updated vanity.
This is a handicapped accessible vacation rental. NO AIR CONDITIONING
Please note hot tubs and amenity deck are closed.

Its ok
Very disappointed to learn that the sweet was 84 degrees when I arrived with no air conditioner in the suite. Could not sleep until after midnight using two box fans in the windows to cool the room at 75 decibels. Once fans were turned off. A door lock on one of the other units was beeping every 60 Seconds all night. A few more doors down a smoke detector battery is dead and beeping every 90 to 120 seconds the entire stay. The suite is as far away from the elevator as possible.

Location, value & convenience
The condo is right across the street from the village and lifts. When we arrived the CO2 sensor battery was dead and chirping every few minutes, we called Stay Winter Park and a maintenance man showed up within the hour. The website listed to obtain a parking pass is wrong; the correct one is www.nwprk.com. Overall great bang for the buck, would stay again.

I rented a VRBO last year and it was super simple. This year it was much different as I had to work through Stay Winter Park. I had to download a different app and the process to get codes, process, etc. prior to arrival we’re much different than last year.

Just a two minute walk to the chairlifts and a parking lot underneath, you couldn’t get any better. The place was great, fireplace was perfect after skiiing, Hot tub is great too. Would definitely go back.
