Built of wood and glass and standing high above the Winter Park Valley, #190 features a whopping five spacious bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and room for up to 12 guests, ensuring that this vacation will be a party you will never want to end. Somehow still managing to impart the feel of cozy log cabin in spite of its 4500 square feet of space, this stunning home gives each guest their own private areas to retreat to at the end of every day and includes 2 KING BEDS, 2 QUEEN BEDS, 1 FULL BED, 4 TWIN BEDS AND A PACK AND PLAY PORTABLE CRIB.

Don't be surprised if you feel your dreams have come true when you step inside Dream Catcher for the first time. Vaulted ceilings paneled in knotty pine add drama to a space that needs nothing else to make it feel like home. The living room on the main level, furnished with overstuffed furnishings topped with a mix of fabric and leather, offers a stone fireplace that goes all the way up to the planked ceiling, while a 55-inch smart TV provides entertainment on a lazy Tuesday night. French doors lead out to the wood deck that surrounds the home on different levels and is where you will find places to eat, places to sit, and a beautiful barbecue grill.

The kitchen is every chef's dream come true, offering a farmhouse ambience in the midst of all the home's luxury. Professional appliances in stainless steel include an impressive gas range, a separate oven and warming oven built into the tiled walls under a matching stainless steel microwave. Granite countertops fill the large expanse of kitchen and top a breakfast bar fronted by three cushioned iron barstools and all the important small appliances line the counters.

A half bath on this level offers more rustic charm with its single vanity, hammered copper sink, and walls that mix Venetian plaster with a tile wainscotting and a spacious laundry room next door offers full-sized washer and dryer for the convenience of our guests.

The second level of Dream Catcher begins with a large open loft area, furnished with a desk along one half of the space and a comfortable reading chair on the other half. The third and fourth guest bedrooms, both furnished with queen beds and offering spectacular views can be found on this level and both share access to a community bath.

On the lowest level of this spacious estate comes a happy surprise for multiple families traveling together, a second gathering spot that allows two families to have their own space, a great room that offers all the same amenities as the upper one does. Comfortably furnished with a large leather sectional placed across from the 55 inch smart tv and stone fireplace, high ceilings lined with heavy lodge pole beams gives the space a rustic comfort and style. A wall of windows, including oversized glass doors, leads out to a second deck and where views of the mountain will never disappoint and a bubbling hot tub will be the most popular spot on the property!

The second master suite is an exercise in cabin comfort offering a focal point of a king bed made of wood topped with velvety linens and offering a padded leather headboard for comfortable television watching or reading each night. The en suite bath is luxurious and spa like, again, offering a separate soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity.

A bunk room will be the space where imagination takes flight and dreams will be remembered by the pint sized travelers who inhabit the room. Two sets of bunks—one a twin over twin, and the other a twin over full—are destined to hold the secrets and uncontrollable giggles of everyone who sleeps here. Another cabin style bath can be found down here, this one offering a tub shower combo and a single vanity.
