Wonderful condo and location
Our vacation was enjoyed by all - adults and children. The location was perfect and we enjoyed staying in The Village. We spent time in Winter Park, rented bikes, a day trip to Grand Lake and so many other activities. Our condo was perfect! Space for everyone, plenty of closet space and room in the bedrooms to fully unpack, and having the 3 full bathrooms made our stay a pleasure. The views were wonderful, and we all enjoyed the activities, shopping, and restaurants at The Village. The hospitality and rental of this condo was a pleasure!

Perfect Location, Interior a Bit Dated
The perfect location for ski in/ski out. Great views. The only negative, and it's not a deal breaker, is the interior is a bit dated. Mildew and limescale in showers and bathrooms, broken doors, warn out carpet, bed sheets, etc. Still a 4/5 score though, we really enjoyed our trip.

Perfect for ski in and ski out
This place was great for ski in ski out, with an amazing view of the mountain from every room. My family skied all day, and we ate around the base wt night, super easy to call in a pizza to go after a long day on the mountain. We will definitely rent this place again l!

Perfect ski in/out condo
Very spacious condo, with more than enough room for our two families (4 adults, 4 kids). The third bedroom with bunk beds was perfect and the kids loved it. The unit was in great shape, very clean and the location can't be beat. And an added bonus which we didn't even think of was the lockers on the ground floor. They were very large and was able to fit everyone's things overnight. I would definitely recommend and hope to be a repeat customer!

Location is great. Accommodations were excellent. Plenty of beds/baths for our family of 6. Fully stocked kitchen. Convenient ski lockers in the building and plenty of hooks/shelves for other ski gear. View from the unit is outstanding! We would definitely return to this location. Loved it!

This was a beautiful property in a perfect location. The whole place was very cleaned and stocked with all the supplies we needed. We had seven people and still plenty of room. The room was not only conveniently located to everything, but our view allowed us to always see what was going on! Communication with management was superb. Check in and out was super smooth. We would definitly book this again!!!!!

Amazing Weekend!
We shared this unit with family for a wedding weekend at Lunch Rock. The unit was just as advertised...spacious, well-equipped, and unbeatable views!! The rental process from booking to checkout was smooth. We would definitely stay here again!!

Wow!! Perfect location and all the necessities for a great family trip!
We were two families with six kids total. Each couple got a bedroom and the kids shared the bunk room with a few sleeping in the living room. This is a perfect ski-in, ski-out location. Entrance to the condos is directly across from the private lesson building and steps to the new Gondola lift each morning. Also the tall ceilings and view of the lifts made the condo comfortable for those of us who were hanging out more than skiing. We could watch from the window to see our crew coming in from the slopes and go down to help the littler ones. Kitchen was fully equipped. Even had oils, flour, sugar, salt, pepper and seasonings from previous guests. Used the huge skillet almost every day to feed our crowd. Hot tub downstairs was hot and big enough for 12 people. Good amount of linens, kitchen items, games, and puzzles. Condo is just as lovely as pictured and now that we have found it, we hope to stay in this condo again!

Great place to stay!
We really enjoyed the condo. The location couldn’t have been better for skiing and the view was awesome! We loved having a bunk room for our four kids. We had no issues that needed attention at all. The only negative thing I could say is that the showers and tubs could use updates. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay! We would definitely stay there again!

What a fun place to stay!
We stayed in the "super swank" condo with two other couples. It was perfect because each couple had a private bedroom AND a private bathroom but shared the common areas. The kitchen was well stocked and roomy; we enjoyed preparing meals there. Underground parking was super close to the elevator. Contact between the rental agency was great; they checked on us before and after our stay and were just a text or phone call away if we had needed them. The only down side was that Winter Park is pretty dead in the summer and the fun activities (miniature golf, climbing wall, alpine slides, etc.) were closed due to extensive construction improvements going on this summer (2018). It'll be great next year at this time!!!

Spectacular view and lcoation
The kids were mesmerized by the view the moment we walked in. Fireplace was cozy, and the bunk room was fun. Check in and out was super easy with the WPLCO app. Free property shuttle was a great convenience! Snow was a little lean, but that's hardly anything that anyone can control. We had an amazing trip, and will be back!

Incredible Property and Marvelous Stay
This place exceeded my expectations! Decor, supplies, bedding was ALL top of the line : comfy beds, incredible pillows, thick bath towels, fans in every bedroom, iron and ironing board, slow cooker in kitchen, blender, toaster oven, 2 slot toaster, calphalon pots. It was a lovely condo - filled with light, bright space, high ceilings. We were there with other family members for a wedding who had rented other condos in the Zephy properties - but ours was absolutely the most beautiful and everyone commented on how upscale it was compared to theirs and how great the view. Very high recommendation for this specific property. My favorite was the cow painting!!! On top of the wonderful accomodations, the service and follow through by the property management team was great - they even reached out to us twice while we were there to see if we needed anything. A class act all around!
