Relax in style on the mountain modern furnishings and get a sleep easy in one of the two bedrooms. Plus there's overflow sleeping on the pullout Queen bed in the living room for additional guests. Take advantage of this perfect relaxation spot after an action-packed day plus you're only a short walk to the Village restaurants, shops, and activities if you'd rather get out and about. This cozy condo has everything you need for your next trip to Winter Park!

Great Communication and Location
We just stayed for 2 nights at this awesomely located condo. We took the Amtrak train from Union Station to Winter Park which arrived very early on our check in day. The condo was in walking distance from the train platform and everything around the Winter Park resort town. The management team were so accommodating and communicative regarding our check in and check out time. They were able to allow us to check in right when we arrived which was such a relief due to having our luggage with us. The condo itself was well maintained with spacious bedrooms/bathrooms. The kitchen and living space was great to hang out and play games. A fantastic feature was the large deck that overlooked the town and ski slopes. Such a beautiful view during the day and night. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a great experience with our stay. The patio was great to hang out and we loved the layout for our two families to enjoy time together. We could not start the dishwasher but property manager came right away and got it working. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The Perfect Dog Friendly Vacation in Winter Park
The condo was absolutely amazing with a perfect view of the resort. My only complaint is that we didn't want to leave! Can't wait to come back next fall and hopefully book the same condo!

Great Condo Close To The Action
We had a wonderful stay here! The condo was much nice and much bigger than other's I've stayed in for the same price point so it was an excellent value. It offered us all the space we needed and even had a HUGE patio that our 1 year old daughter was able to go play in the fluffy snow on. The property managers are super organized and made the check in/out process a breeze as you literally just walk in. We had an outstanding trip and will likely return to Winter Park and use this condo again

Amazing view with lots of amenities and room
We loved our stay at this place. Second time at Fraser Crossing and we absolutely loved this unit! Had a huge balcony with an amazing view! The rooms were spacious - we had two families that stayed and it was plenty of room for all of us. Huge table for dining and the kitchen was stocked with seasonings etc. We will definitely be coming back here! Oh and the beds were comfy with soft sheets and down comforters, felt like home!

Very comfortable condo with great views!
We recently stayed in Winter Park for a family wedding in June and wanted a home base that was large enough to host visitors for meals and get togethers. This place really fit the bill. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious and we were really able to stretch out and relax. The kitchen was small but stocked with just about everything you could ask for in a rental. 2 big baths with nice soaking tubs were very appreciated after a long day. The people from Winter Park Lodging contacted us several times to check if we had questions or needed anything prior to our arrival, and were happy to accommodate us when we asked for late check out. The village is right across the street and had tons of stuff to do for families - alpine slide, mini golf, rock climbing, a maze, restaurants, shops and more. Our only complaint was the patio, which while it had a beautiful view of the mountains and village, looked like it hadn't been cleaned or swept in quite some time - the table and chairs were filthy - and was not exactly as private as promised. There is a gate which connects this unit and the one next door to the common jaccuzi area and we had a few visits from the 30-40 kids on a traveling baseball team that had commandeered the entire spa patio with their families. A minor annoyance and not really the fault of the homeowners (other than the cleanliness of the patio) but we didn't get to use the spa much because it was overrun. Otherwise a lovely visit.
