The newly remodeled 2 bedroom/2 bath condo sleeps up to 8 PEOPLE, with enough room to spread out comfortably in this impressive 1200 square feet of luxuriously appointed living space, which includes 1 KING BED, 1 QUEEN BED, 1 TWIN OVER TWIN BUNKBED, 1 QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA, 1 FOLDOUT BED CUSHION FOR 1 CHILD AND A PACK & PLAY PORTABLE CRIB.

Starting April 29th and lasting until Ski Season starts in November there will be construction ongoing in the common courtyard where the hot tub is located as the complex is working on replacing the hot tubs. Work will be happening daily Monday – Saturday 7AM – 7PM. The community hot tubs in the complex will be closed in result, and there will likely be construction noises throughout the day which may be heard from inside the property. We will not be providing any compensation for the lack of hot tubs or the noises and burdens in the area caused by the construction, and have already priced the property accordingly with lower rates to account for the inconvenience. It is anticipated that this project will be completed prior to the 2024/2025 ski season. We appreciate your patience and understanding while this crucial work happens, and we look forward to the brand new hot tubs that will be available in the upcoming ski season!

Pros : - proximity to slopes & kids ski school is fantastic -mattresses and pillows were comfortable , plenty of blankets - proximity to ski resort base area was fantastic , although everything closes at 5 or 6 so there’s not much to do across the street at night. -mountain is great, offers plenty for beginners - intermediate to advanced. - this unit is right next door to hot tub so that’s a nice perk after ski days. - reservation check in email is clear with codes and info minus parking cost Cons: -Parking garage is very expensive even with the reservation code. It costs us over &100 for 5 nights. - did not feel like cleaning of property was great, only offered 5 bath towels so I had to wash towels often, washer machine had a collection of hair / fuzz so that was gross / winter park vacation rentals were supposed to send more towels but never did - winter Park vacation rentals waited until 2 days before my rental start date to inform me one of the days we paid to stay would not have water bc of a HOA water repair. The rep at winter park vacation rentals said they were aware of the planned water outage several weeks before they sent me the notice, meaning they waited until I could no longer get a refund or change units before letting me know which I think is extremely shady business practices. -bunk bed furniture is on its last leg / very wobbly and not safe - too much furniture so felt too small for our family of 5

Great location!
We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo is very close to the gondola making it so convenient, especially with kids. Very comfy and cozy, fully stocked kitchen, and games/puzzles for the kids. Our only issue was the hot tub right outside the unit not being open even though it was advertised as functioning. We chose this condo for that reason since our kids do not like the hot tub. There was a second hot tub that we were able to use on site.

Convenient access to slopes of Winter Park resort
The unit is across the street and around a 150 foot walk to the gondola and chairlift. The ski lockers were very convenient. We really enjoyed the fireplace in the unit. The kitchen was well stocked. Very easy to get to the garage from this unit - the indoor stairwell was right next to the unit and the garage was one floor down.

Wonderful family getaway
We loved our stay! The condo was beautiful!! The kids loved the bunk room. The weather wasn’t great so it was nice to have a place to hunker down and play games. That was a great surprise, it was stocked with games for all ages. My only complaint was the hot tub was out of service. Not the condos fault. Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely be coming back!!!

Sad hot tub was closed during visit !!
We had some issues at the beginning but had nothing to do with the condo. First our garage parking pass code wouldn’t work but another couple had the same issue so assume garage company was having an issue. Then when we arrived.. we were upset to find the hot tub outside of our room was closed. This was the reason we rented this specific location and condo. We had to walk thru a large garage and another building to use the hot tub now.. but the condo was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and kitchen stocked with most standard needs. If hot tub had been functional this would have been a nice location.

Fantastic 2-bedroom condo in Winter Park across from the base
This two-bedroom condo has plenty of room for a large group. The main bedroom is very spacious and the bed and bath are very comfortable. The other bedroom has enough room to sleep four comfortably. The main room has plenty of seating. There is also an outside patio (not used much in the winter I assume), but it does provide easy access to the hot tub (both of which are awesome at both Fraser Crossing & Founders Pointe). The entire condo was clean and we experienced no issues at all.

This condo, building, location are ideal for a family visiting winter park. My only criticism would be that the house had very limited supplies (no trash bags, no plastic bags / foil for food storage, 4 total plastic cups) Otherwise, it was a perfectly pleasant stay.

Fantastic condo, perfect location
By far one of the nicest condo units in Fraser Crossing. The condo is clean, well furnished, well stocked, and has an incredible view. The deck is giant with easy access the community deck and hot tub. It was a treat to have a full size washer and dryer in the unit - not sure what we would have done without them. The property managers were incredibly responsive to our request to fix the broken screen door and slow-draining sink, and everything else was in perfect working order. Our only complaints, and these are minor: 1) The parking garage access system (managed by a third-party) is a complete disaster, making entry and exit slow due to the number of people struggling with the flaws in the system. 2) the bricked deck is completely overgrown with weeds. I understand the labor market is tight, but the height and amount of weeds stood in stark contrast to the beautiful and well-maintained condo. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property and will book this exact unit when we return. Highly recommended.

Great but there were issues.
The place was really clean but the patio was a little bit of a disaster. The were weeds growing from between the bricks and the bricks around the drain on the patio were sunk in leaving a huge hole near the patio table and chairs. While we tried to mark this, with little kids we still had one of our girls fall in it and injure her foot. Additionally, the gate into the patio area was damaged allowing the gate to swing freely which made us a little nervous because again we had our little girls with us. We have stayed at other condos on this property and we just love the location. We have always loved our stays at this property and to be honest this was no different. We just had a few concerns while we were there with small children.

We travel to Winter Park a good bit and love the Founder/Fraser Point complex. You can't beat the location and pricing. The unit was well equipped, and we greatly enjoyed our stay. Side notes, the 2nd bedroom is a twin bed for traveling couples and the grills in the courtyard take a long time to get to temp.

At the time we went, week of June 13, Winter Park Village was pretty much closed for break and we almost had the place to ourselves. It was nice to have peace and quiet when we were in our Condo. Great location, close to many outdoor activities. We did a little hiking, whitewater rafting on Clear Creek(check out Downstream in Empire!), ATV trip up Silver Creek mountain (check out ATV Tours Colorado). Overall, a great, relaxing stay at Winter Park Village. Definitely recommended this time of year if you prefer to avoid crowds.
