Overpriced, dated condo

Icebox condo. Bathroom vents are gross. Badly need cleaning. Also, heat vent broken in both bathrooms. Unit has freezing floors cause it's over unheated garage. Very dissatisfied...Silly low 29" bath countertops & ridiculously high bed--w unecessary box spring to move mattress up, up & away from freezing floor. Mattress awful--too soft.Coffeemaker broken. No electric tea kettle. Knives & remotes are filthy dirty.
Vent hasn't been cleaned
Super high super mushy mattress jacked up to evade freezing floor
