I checked into this hotel and the room smelled horrible. Right after I walked out of the room to get the rest of my stuff I saw a cockroach on the door. When telling the staff , he proceeded just fine in refunding my pet fee and had me call Expedia to get the rest of the refund which that part went smooth overall.
