Very bad experience with the room The toilet didn't flush properly, the toilet handle was broken, the bathtub didn't drain properly, so it just filled up with water and took 15 min to drain. And the room wasn't cleaned properly. I found a used condom behind my bed (picture down below) that's beyond disgusting. Needless to say, i will not be coming back to Mt olympus in the wisconsin dells. I do not recommend this place.

Sheets were dirty, front desk was 3 miles away in another building, carpets were filthy and stained. Was originally put in an old decrepit building off site of Waterpark in overflow area because I booked my room on Expedia. I complained and asked for a new room. Received no room service my entire stay of 2.5 days. Waterpark was great. Will NOT go back!

We booked a handicapped room on line got there they had us on 2nd floor no elevator, they moved us to 1st floor got there still not handicaped accessible hubby couldn't get on toilet had to go all the way back to checking (which is not attached to the building) stand in line again to get a new room, get there get comfy,people above us stomping around all night no rest, 2 nd night same thing but adde loud taling and loud music finally called desk at 11:30 p m. To get it to stop, stopped music but still a lot of lond talking and stomping around all night. Not happy

There wasn't an on sight employee to talk to. However, when I had a problem, I called the main office and they immediately fixed the problem. Would stay again. So much bang for your buck.

Very run down, we switched rooms 2x. Not enough valets trolley carts to assist with luggage. Rooms very dirty. Too bedding never washed. No cleaning service. No one speaks English to assist.
