Need to turn on all the lights in the parking. One side next to Culver’s we’re not on. Our bedroom needed a thorough dusting behind the easy chair. Handle in shower needs to be replaced. You shouldn’t be able to go to hot both ways. And then it’s hard to get water to completely stop dripping. Toilet isn’t attached to the floor very well & moves. Toilet seat also needs to be tightened. Being in the pet friendly room ( which I thoroughly loved) it had no carpeting which is much better than carpets that could be dirty, the door allowed light from the hallway to enter all night from hallway. Safety bar on door didn’t secure anything as door lock has been changed & it had nothing to lock onto. Did appreciate the new front doors being installed & the front desk managers were great. I really appreciated the help we had with checking in @ night. Great guy. Would’ve been nice to have liquid cream with coffee, as the powdered type has lots of chemicals. They do make creams in small servings that do not need refrigeration. Not flavored ones( just a suggestion). Didn’t have time to appreciate the pool, but it looked great. Was a nice stay, but our room wasn’t that quiet with the door not reaching the floor. And it was advertised as new sound proofing. Heard everything in the hallway as people walked by, but didn’t hear our neighbors.

The hotel was in a really good convenient area. A Culver’s restaurant across the parking lot was very handy. Room was a good size and in good repair. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was accommodating and breakfast was very good. Love the indoor pool and spa. Hotel was dog friendly. Would recommend to family and friends. Was about 12 miles to Wisconsin dells, and Baraboo Wisconsin.

Below average, and is overpriced for what you get. The air conditioner unit had a separate antiquated control box, and the unit was extremely dusty (looked like months of buildup). In addition, there was no bathroom fan, no hallway light attached to the switch, and our outside window wouldn’t completely close.

Hot tub not working, other issues
We were meeting family there for 2 night stay. Front desk guy was very helpful and tried to help with everything. Hot tub was quite cold. Front desk guy tried to adjust temp on Fri evening, was still cold Sat.(80 degrees, almost same as pool.) Also while we were gone Sat, room was not cleaned. Beds weren't made, no clean towels. Again front desk guy was helpful, switched out towels and took dirty ones. Another patron warned us regarding safety. She saw some homeless people in parking lot who were living in a van. We had small children with us, didn't want anything to happen to them. Also bathroom door was sticking at top. I couldn't push it open and fell on slippery wet floor. Informed be desk guy, he nodded his head. I have large bruise on back of my leg, am glad I wasn't hurt worse.

We felt this property was much better than the other Wyndham option in Reedsburg. Very well taken care and an excellent breakfast. Pets are allowed. On the not so great side, my husband would have like a grab bar in the shower and it was difficult to reach anyone by phone when setting up the reservations.

The first room they gave me smelled of mildew. They then gave me a room that still had an odor but was tolerable. The pool was a bit cloudy but the hot tub was nice. Although it did have a bit to much chlorine. Unfortunately we will not stay again.

Breakfast was just depressing. The pool area was dirty so we didn’t use it. It seems like the staff and their families live in the hotel. We had a two night booking, but left after the first night. Would appreciate a refund for the second night.
