Charles Shelley and Wesley White, employees of Hampton Inn were absolutely the BEST in helpfulness. Hotel.com screwed up the online reservation and failed to process the payment to Hampton Inn Norton, VA, thus delaying and confusing our check-in. However, thank goodness for Charles Shelley doing backflips, and my husband texting Hotels.com, and after four hours, the situation was resolved. We will stay with Hampton Inn Norton again; however, we will NEVER use Hotel.com again. Thank you, Hotel.com, for screwing up a good portion of our trip. Your service stinks!
