Pros- Hotel staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean, morning breakfast was pretty decent and tasty. Pool and hot tub was really nice to use and well maintained. Cons - Hotel felt a little outdated inside and the bed was ok and not very comfy. Overall, the hotel was good and great value for what we paid for a night. Would go back again in the future if I need to stay in the area.

The internet did not work and the management seemed to have no interest in explaining why, much less fixing it. Also, there was no breakfast in the morning. I have stayed at many Hampton Inns, but this one is definitely a cut below their usual standards.

We only stay in Hamptons. Danbury is the best of all. This is why we have our yearly gatherings at this facility. It begins with super support from Monique. Rey was great checking in. The breakfast support is always consistently outstanding.. she inquires every year if we require anything in our conference room.. we love this place and the people.

Great experience
My family was in town for my mother’s funeral and we got to town early and the gentleman at the deck was very accommodating and got us into a room so we could change for the funeral. Great service, Thank you for making and sad day into a much better day not having to stress about the room.

We were stuck in traffic for hours. Booked a room while 5 miles away. Was able to check in immediately as we arrived. Very clean establishment. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay again. Room is spacious and very clean. Comfortable bed.

We enjoyed our stay, room was nice and clean. However the walk in shower leaks making bathroom floor wet. A bit of safety issue. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.
