Just an older hotel that needs updated...but i love staying here and having the hotspring tub and the Safari club to eat at. We have been staying here for 25 years!

I have stayed at this location multiple times. It’s a good place as it is with the Hot Springs State Park. Easily accessible to see Buffalo, go to the Hot Spring or hike the state park.

The room was run down and the door to the parking lot was broken. It was very difficult to get opened and closed. Definitely needs a remodel

My husband and I had an amazing weekend getaway here. We had a dog with us and the pet fee was an additional $25, very reasonable. We had a room on second floor. I'm not sure if they had an elevator, but I don't think so - something to note if you need an accessible room. Other reviews state that the rooms are outdated. They arent modern, but they aren't outdated either. I noticed some rooms had hardwood floor, and were being updated. The state of our room was perfectly fine. Clean and comfy. The breakfast didnt have a lot of option, but had the basics (sausage, eggs, toast, biscut gravy, juice, coffee, tea). The hot spring was the highlight of the trip. Its approx 104 degrees. I recommend this place for sure. Theres a dog park nearby, and plenty of walking trails.

old school but in a good way
This hotel is dated for sure but hot springs make it worthwhile. One outdoor hot pool was open, no indoor pools or swimming pool. Safari club is a hoot. Location is great. TV and internet worked just fine. Tanning bed is at a charge. Breakfast included biscuits and gravy! Would stay here again.

As with all the other reviews I read first, it is an older property with a lot of character. Customer service was excellent throughout our stay, the food was good in the restaurant and reasonably priced, but the service was excellent. I love that they already had thanksgiving decorations up everywhere two days after halloween. The bed was very comfortable and it was clean, but just really outdated, and some maintenance needed for some small things ...like a chain lock on the door was broke. I would definitely stay there again though.

Older hotel. Rooms are clean and neat, but the building is old. The staff is awesome, friendly, professional. You’re staying in a quiet remote part of Wyoming with natural hot springs, which are right next to resort. You can walk tree lined sidewalks to soak. The hotel has its own large naturally fed hot tub.
