Wonderful Oceanside Beach House! Just steps away from the Beach and the Sound, we are located one of Wrightsville beach's preferred street!

Accepting only FRIDAY to FRIDAY bookings during prime season (Memorial Day through Labor Day). For special booking requests, please contact the owner directly.

INCLUDED: WIFI, cleaning, fully stocked kitchen, starter paper goods, shampoo, soap and house linens, including all bedding + bath towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($700+ value)! Linens are provided with all weekly rentals. Last minute rentals will have to pay an extra linen fee. If you are staying for less than a full week you will need to either rent linens or bring your own. Additional linens and equipment (baby, beach, bikes and more) is available through Seaside Linens. https://www.seasidelinen.com

Our beach home is cleaned and sanitized by disinfectants that are EPA registered for use against COVID-19. Our linens are commercially cleaned, and dried using an EPA approved commercial sanitizing agent and are left sealed in plastic at the foot of each bed. Our goal is to ensure that our home is sanitized and safe for your vacation.

Wonderful large home and great Wrightsville location!
A wonderful home that the owner has opened for rentals. Details in the house were delightful. Porch, Living Room, and bedrooms were excellent. Lots of room to spread out. Plenty of parking. Easy beach access. All of Wrightsville can be accessed by foot, bike, or car if needed. Owner communication was excellent and hope to go back again!

Beautiful house, great location
The house is beautiful and perfect for a weekend with friends. You can’t beat the location just meters from the beach but also walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. Barbara was very easy to communicate with and fast to respond.

Always a breeze on porches and usually ate outside. Grateful that entertainment center (tv) had its own area. Children loved "their" jacuzzi swimming pool. Kitchen thoughtfully and well equipped. Owners are special!

Family Vacation
This was our first extended family vacation in two years. My 87 year old mother enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. The large enclosed front porch was the perfect place to spend time in the morning or late afternoon. The children loved the porch and their freedom to safely play. Our family traveled from southwest Virginia, central Virginia and Montana. My son once lived in Wilmington and actually he and his wife were married there. The setup, closeness to beach, amenities of the house and waking distance to restaurants were perfect for our family.

Wonderful home in a wonderful location.
Our son's wedding was in Wilmington, NC and family from the UK were traveling for the occasion. Since we had not been together for a couple of years due to COVID, we wanted a place to be for the weekend of the wedding and then afterwards just to relax together as a family. The house was perfect. It was big enough for all of us, very comfortable, and in a great location just off the beach. We had a wide age range from grandparents to grandchildren and it met all our needs. Would highly recommend.

Great house for family vacation
This house accommodates a big family and the best part only a short walk to the beach. Barbara was kind and attentive. The house is well stocked and the front porch is a great place to hang out. There is plenty of room for all ages to enjoy! Wrightsville beach has lots of restaurants near by and lots to do!! We enjoyed our time so much!!!

Big family - STAY HERE!!!
We came to NC for a family wedding and had the opportunity to pop into many rentals of other family members while we were here. This property was by far the best one, not only because of its proximity to the beach (literally feet from the front door - my 3 kids could run tk the water in 60 seconds lol) but because it was clean, exactly how described, and well stocked for a family. Kitchen had absolutely everything you could want or need for cooking. Owners kindly left k-cups for coffee and some coffee fixings. Outside showers after swimming we’re so convenient for kids and the garage was well equipped with all your beach needs (greatly appreciated if your trying to travel light). The rooms were spacious and I mean SPACIOUS and if your traveling with kids (we had 11,5,3,1) it was awesome because upstairs sleeps 3 kids per room attached to a bathroom and a king size bedroom so parents can have their own space but close enough to young ones if needed. If I ever come back to NC I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Property management was super easy to get ahold of and responds almost immediately. Our entire crew was extremely impressed !!!

Great house, location, views and host!
The Biedenbach Beach House was exactly as described. The location was on the second row with amazing views of the ocean and within 100 yards of the public beach access. All of the bedrooms were very spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. The owners were extremely responsive and very pleasant to work with. I'd highly recommend this house if you plan on staying in Wrightsville Beach!

Steps to beach, beautiful and perfect for our family!
Barbara greeted us and carefully showed us all the special attributes of this newly renovated 6 BR home. 3 King bed rooms, a queen and two children’s rooms fit us to a tee! Beautiful touches, huge porch, elevator, ocean views, neat spa style shower area outside. Parking for 7 cars! Nicely landscaped neighborhood with lovely back balcony views! Everything you’d need in a kitchen. Two living rooms with eating areas. We loved our stay! Thanks to Barbara, Eddie (and daughter who helped us get logged on to our TV apps!)

Like Being a Guest in Someone’s Home
This house was perfect in every way for our family vacation- convenient location, easy beach access, beautiful views, immaculate condition and plenty of space. It isn’t a typical beach rental- it’s like staying in a friend’s home (a friend who lives in a gorgeous beach house!). It looks great in the photos, but the photos don’t do it justice. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with everything you could need, and the extra fridge in the Butlers Pantry is a huge plus for a group- easy to keep plenty of cold drinks on hand to fill your cooler for the beach each morning. All bedrooms are spacious and nicely decorated- each with its own little pluses. There is garage parking for three cars and room for four more in the driveway. The outdoor showers are enclosed/private and super clean- like everything else. The large deck at the front of the house is perfect for coffee in the morning and family gathering throughout the day; it also has a lovely ocean view. The owners are kind and responsive, and it is very clear that they want their home to be top notch for their guests to enjoy. Everyone in our group has talked about going back next year, and I hope we do! Thank you, Barbara Eddie and Tracy! :)
