The location was good. Although the hotel later apologized, the bed sheets weren’t clean-hair in between the sheets and stains on the actual mattress (that weren’t even covered by the sheets). Unfortunately a towel also had blood stains on it... I was disappointed when first arriving because security officer was the first interaction before the actual hotel staff and there was a huge time-consuming, communication barrier. Even though the Hotel listed it was English-speaking. The unit was spacious and well lit.

I was very disappointed. I booked an apartment for 3 adults to have arrived and found out that it is a small room with one double bed. Not sure how could this be sold for 3 adults? We received zero help at the reception and ended up booking another room. What a scam.

Excellent stay, excellent apartment close to town

Booking was easy, but something happened with party number 2 not 3 people. Reception rectified this swiftly and provided extra towels, bed linen. Apartment was new, clean any airy with good equipment and facilities. Nespresso was nice touch but only 2 capsules, 2 teabags, 1 dishwasher tablet. 2 per day would be useful without having to ask.

Location is good a short walk to the main square, spacious room includes a washing machine if you need to do laundry. Some really nice bars and cafes on the ground floor of the building.

Fantastic Stay

Can't speak highly enough about this apartment. The courtyard at the back is convenient for a meal and there was a band playing the evening we were there. The apartment is spotless and spacious and has everything you need. It's 10 minutes walk to the old town. Excellent customer service with particular thanks to the gentleman who took care of my husband, who has dementia, when he taken ill in the night

Good place for a short stay

Nice location and easy walking distance to the town. The staff were friendly and helpful especially as we needed to change rooms (the first shower flooded the bathroom as the drainage was blocked). Would definitely stay there again for a short stay.

Great apartment, 10 minute walk from old town. Will be staying again for sure. Wroclaw was a real find
