Girl at reception desk was not friendly-walked in and asked Do you have a reservation? Said yes-asked for no ID or credit card. Given room key amd I pull around, unload my few things and room had not been cleaned at all. Go back to check-in & no one there. Waited at least 10 min for her to show. Told her the problem, no apo;ogy and sends me to a room in back. Matress was absolutely awful. Towels had holes in them, no alarm clock or refrigerator. Walls are paper thin and thought guy in room next door was in my room coughing could hear everything at 5:45am. THEN before 8am someone was powerwashing their vehicle in the parking lot outside, This is ridiculous! Will NEVER stay at Red Roof again anywhere! Guess that's what I get to going to a "cheap" hotel. When I left, same girl who did check-in was still there at 10am, on the phone, She sure didn't project a good image for the hotel-very uncaring or happy that you were there. Think that's the kind of people you have to hire to fill the job.
I had no electricity. Was in the dark. No flashlight provided. No hot water to shower. No cold frig for my food. No t.v. just sit in the dark????? Should have gotten a discount. Drove for 14 hours to arrive to that. Mad
Room floors was dusty. Washroom and the bedding smelled. Lots of bugs as well. Don’t expect much in breakfast but at least self serve waffles were fresh and good.
I’ve traveled across this entire country and never experienced anything like this. Non smoking room smelled like a forest fire! Cigarette burns all over the bathroom. No trash can in room. I could go on and on but what’s the point. Wish I could no stars!!

TERRIBLE. No satellite tv, bathtub had a consistent leak, most lights didn't work, door didn't latch properly, night time staff didn't answer the phone, and free breakfast was nonexistent.
When i arrived myself and another gentleman waited several minutes for front desk person.. rang the bell, called.. she finally came out from back like she had been asleep (it was 9pm)Towels were not clean.. flipped bath rug over and other side had dirt/oil stains like someone used it to wash a bike or boots.. it was filthy. Looked like maid just flipped it over so cleaner side showed. Cold water in sink didn't work, so it was hot only. Hair dryer missing, just the bracket was there. 2 lamps broken. Cockroaches scuttling under door seal when i opened it to leave this morning
The check in was non-existent. The security lock was broken. Dirty towel on floor in bathroom. No refrigerator in room. No telephone in room. No wifi password provided. Noisy renters. I will not stay in this Red Roof Inn again. Not at all like i had come to expect at Red Roof Inns.
DO NOT GO TO THIS ROACH INFESTED HOTEL! CAUGHT 2 IN 30 SECONDS! My wife and I made a reservation. When we went into the room, we instantly seen a baby coackroach crawling across the dresser. I can't sleep where there are bugs so I asked for a refund. The guy at the front desk told me that I needed to call expedia and that he couldnt help becausehe wasnt the manager
All the while yeĺing at me because of their infestation! I did call and on a three way call, he refused to give me a refund and when asked for the manager, he stated he was the manager. What a disgusting hotel and an even more disgusting human being! Do not stay here!!! Pot heads and drugs everywhere. Sam at front desk told me that you can't pay for two star and expect a 5 star accommodation. Ive been in way cheaper that were amazing so that our an excuse.
We were only staying for a few hours to sleep and went off of other reviews. However, the person on the phone was inconvenienced when I called for late check-in and the amount of bugs in the room was ridiculous! Didn't even try breakfast not knowing where they kept food if there were that many bugs in the room. Go somewhere else and pay a few bucks more. Save yourself before you waste even $1 staying here.

Front desk clerk asked for no id and o ly handed us a key with no other papers. Other guests gathered around outside smoking pot and drinking. Room was dirty, water on floor, toilet continually running and shower curtain covered in mold. We did NOT stay but dropped key with clerk and left as fast as possible!
