No refrigerator, microwave, phone, or hairdryer, also volume din not work on TV. Called front desk was told someone would be up, hour later i walked down and all they could say was I'm sorry. Went to take a shower before checkout and the whole bottom of the shower curtain was covered in mold !! The floor beside toilet was nasty. Towel rack in bathroom was off the wall and sitting in the corner. Definitely DO NOT recommend anyone to stay here. Was so bad i canceled my second night. Oh and of course it's not going to let me uplosd pictures.....
When we first arrived to our room it was like there was still someone staying there. Both beds were all messed up pizza boxes and trash on counters and floor it was horrendous. Then went to tell front staff and never got any kind of apology but he did get us a clean room. Then upon check out the woman comes out at 10 am after I rang the bell like she was sleeping in the back and said to just leave the key. So I left and immediately went back in and asked to make sure I was checked out so I won't be charged another night. She just waved me away and said yes yes you will be checked out while rubbing her eyes and yawning like I was disturbing her. Will never ever stay here with my husband and 2 kids again.
Also there is all sorts of furniture out on the decks making it impossible to carry suitcases and children to your room beer cans in the bushes and all over the place outside.
My room had roaches and black mold. When we tried to call the desk about the room conditions no answer and no one at the desk. At check out no one was at the desk again and still could not talk to anyone. Will never stay at a red roof inn every again.
Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Cockroach infestation throughout bathroom and near refrigerator. Trash cans overflowing throughout the complex. No ice machine in convenience room. Breakfast was a joke with only 6 pieces of toast, 4 oatmeal packets, dry cereal in dispensers appeared old and stale, no batter for waffle maker, no juices, and watery coffee. The breakfast selections indicated were at 8:00AM and when checking out at 9:30 there was not anyone staffing the front desk.
Girl at reception desk was not friendly-walked in and asked Do you have a reservation? Said yes-asked for no ID or credit card. Given room key amd I pull around, unload my few things and room had not been cleaned at all. Go back to check-in & no one there. Waited at least 10 min for her to show. Told her the problem, no apo;ogy and sends me to a room in back. Matress was absolutely awful. Towels had holes in them, no alarm clock or refrigerator. Walls are paper thin and thought guy in room next door was in my room coughing could hear everything at 5:45am. THEN before 8am someone was powerwashing their vehicle in the parking lot outside, This is ridiculous! Will NEVER stay at Red Roof again anywhere! Guess that's what I get to going to a "cheap" hotel. When I left, same girl who did check-in was still there at 10am, on the phone, She sure didn't project a good image for the hotel-very uncaring or happy that you were there. Think that's the kind of people you have to hire to fill the job.
I had no electricity. Was in the dark. No flashlight provided. No hot water to shower. No cold frig for my food. No t.v. just sit in the dark????? Should have gotten a discount. Drove for 14 hours to arrive to that. Mad
Room floors was dusty. Washroom and the bedding smelled. Lots of bugs as well. Don’t expect much in breakfast but at least self serve waffles were fresh and good.
I’ve traveled across this entire country and never experienced anything like this. Non smoking room smelled like a forest fire! Cigarette burns all over the bathroom. No trash can in room. I could go on and on but what’s the point. Wish I could no stars!!

TERRIBLE. No satellite tv, bathtub had a consistent leak, most lights didn't work, door didn't latch properly, night time staff didn't answer the phone, and free breakfast was nonexistent.
When i arrived myself and another gentleman waited several minutes for front desk person.. rang the bell, called.. she finally came out from back like she had been asleep (it was 9pm)Towels were not clean.. flipped bath rug over and other side had dirt/oil stains like someone used it to wash a bike or boots.. it was filthy. Looked like maid just flipped it over so cleaner side showed. Cold water in sink didn't work, so it was hot only. Hair dryer missing, just the bracket was there. 2 lamps broken. Cockroaches scuttling under door seal when i opened it to leave this morning
