The room was affordable, clean, and had good water pressure. The room was small, but not too bad. The bathroom did leave a lot to be desired though! The front sliding door of the hotel seemed to be malfunctioning and was obnoxiously loud, but we couldn’t hear it in our room thankfully. Overall, we were satisfied with what we got for the price, and would stay here again.

Arrived and they didn't have my reservation. That was fixed without much hassle. The room keys stopped working on 2 different occasions and we had to go back to the front desk to get keys recoded. The refrigerator only worked about half. The toilet would not flush unless you held the handle down for 5-10 seconds

Cleaning products or something leaves overwhelming odor for sensitive people. Also it prevents use of cpap machine because it draws in that air and smell and there is no getting rid of it.

DO NOT RECOMMEND IF HANDICAP. The first and biggest issue was the fact that there is NO elevator in the building. I had a 93 year old man with me who had a tough time getting up and down the stairs since there was no rooms available on the first floor. That was a huge and unsafe problem for this hotel. Quite disappointed and felt bad for my grandfather huffing and puffing just to get to and from the room. There was only ONE handicap accessible parking spot. That was also not acceptable to me. Wasn’t the cleanest but was a place to sleep at this point. The guy at the front desk clearly hated his job and was not in the least friendly or concerned about the situation with my grandfather.

The receptionist did his job. The key cards are a challenge. Once I got to my room, I had to go back to the reception desk to have a new key made. The room I had was in a different building. The room was a handicap room. The door had been compromised, so I slept with my luggage up against the door. The room was not bad just not very secure.

The room smelled like mold/mildew. The hallway and stairway smelled like pot. The outside door didn’t lock so anyone could enter without a key. The front desk only programmed keys for one day, so everyday at 11:00 room keys are no longer active. We requested bath towels and the front desk staff said they were all dirty and all they had clean was a bath mat, torn wash cloth, and a hand towel.

From musty rooms to TV half working
I've stayed here many times on my business trips. The room smell musty and the beds are hard and not comfortable. I delt with that because the price is good. The last straw was the TV remote would either not work or would not let me turn the TV off. They have the lowest quality from room amenities to cleanliness. I will be staying elsewhere in the future.
